Correlation With Severe Chronic Heart Failure Patients Sleep Quality With The Clinical Characteristics Failure

Objective: To investigate the quality of sleep with chronic heart failure patients heart rate, blood pressure, the incidence of arrhythmia, BNP of relevance. Methods:Since October 2014 to December 2015 hospitalized 89 patients with chronic heart failure patients in the First Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Heart Center, According to Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score, The chronic heart failure patients divided into sleeping better group(PSQI≤7 points) and sleep disorder group(PSQI> 7 points), given a standard drug therapy, the use of the difference types of drug dose, method was not statistically significant, P <0.05. Analysis of the two groups of patients on admission and at discharge pressure, heart rate, incidence of arrhythmia, BNP values, etc., to understand the quality of sleep in patients with heart failure with the clinical characteristics of relevance. Results: The 89 patients with chronic severe heart failure patients, 41 patients had a better quality of sleep(PSQI≤7 points), 48 patients had significant sleep disorders(PSQI> 7 points).Compared two groups of patients on admission and at discharge heart rate, blood pressure, BNP and other indicators, were statistically significant, P <0.05;relatively sleep disorder group patients on admission blood pressure decreased from blood pressure of discharged, but the decline is not obvious, P> 0.05. Conclusion: The quality of sleep disorder common in patients with heart failure, sleep for maintaining mental and physical health play an important role. A serious sleep disorder can cause severe heart failure patients heart rate, blood pressure, BNP ??increased. Serious sleep disorder has become an important factor in severe heart failure patients.
