| Objective:Analysis the clinical datas of multiple lung echinococcus granulosus,Looking for risk factors of multiple lung echinococcus granulosus postoperative recurrence.Methods:Reviewing clinical data of 91 cases with surgery in Thoracic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medicalfrom January 2006 to August 2015,and follow-up.Combined with previous research datas and clinical experience.choosing the five factors:Hydatid cyst rupture preoperative,style of hydatid cyst,Surgical approach,whether taking anti-hydatid drugs after surgery,patient gender,the number of hydatid cyst, hydatid cyst location and whether or not combined with other parts of the hydatid cyst,using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:Between the 91 patiens,71 cases were successfully followed-up, the follow-up rate was 80.2%(73/91).During the 73 cases of multiple lung Echinococcus granulosus patients,there are41 males,32 famals,and the ratio is 1.28:1.The average age was 37.6 years.All patients had a history of iving in pastoral areas or have contacted to the dogs, sheep or cattle.25 patients were taking liposomal-albendazole or tablet-albendazole from 3 months to 2year.There are 6 cases recurrenced,The recurrence rate is 8.2%.Univariate dichotomous data comparison shows hydatid cyst rupture preoperative or not and the hydatid cyst number have matter with postoperative recurrence, P <0.05, other indicators showed P>0.05.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hydatid cyst rupture preoperative,the hydatid cyst number greater than 5 and combined with other parts of the hydatid cystis are the risk factors and take anti-hydatid drugs after surgery is protective factor.Conclusions:Hydatid cyst rupture preoperative,the hydatid cyst number greater than 5,combined with other parts of the hydatid cystis and no anti-hydatid drugs after surgery are the risk factors for recurrence of multiple lung Echinococcus granulosus patients. |
