A method of polarity switching was also used for the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The linear limits of detection ranges from 1 to 20ng/mg (r>0.995). Intra-and inter-assay accuracy were equal to the relative standard deviation of the detection limits concentration from three repeated tests.Result:Limits of detection for THC and THCC were 0.5ng/mL and 0.25ng/mL respectively. Intra- and inter-assay precision were 1.2% to8.8% and 1.9% to 9.5% respectively, while intra-and inter-assay accuracy were between 86.9% and 113.1%.Conclusion:The result showed that the method was rapid, sensitive and accurate, and was applicable in the quantitative determination of THCC in human hair.. | Keywords/Search Tags: | LC/MS/MS, THC, THCC | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
