Slip is one of the main reasons caused accidents in workplace environment,public places and home furnishing, and slope is a classic example of those places where slip happens.people could make a series of independent reaction to restore balance when slip happened accidentally in the course of walking.It present muscle activity and functioning status when occurrencing independent reaction with EMG signal.The subject is to explore the internal cause of instability in walking on the ramps and to summarize the law of adaptive equilibrium after instability in walking on the ramps with EMG signal and gait parameters.It can be applied in the field of Biped Robot,correction of lower limb and the field of rehabilitation engineering.A down walking test under the slippery medium-oil and the dry environment has been conducted on ten adult males with a slope of 0,1 in 12.1 in 10.Gait parameters and surface electromyography parameters of vastus lateralis,rectus femoris vastus medialis. semitendinosus,tibialis anterior,medial gastrocnemius,lateral gastrocnemius muscle on the lower limbs has been collected with wireless surface electromyography telemetry instrument and vicon system synchronization acquisition.The main research contents include the following three aspects and arrived at the corresponding results.First of all,gait parameters(gait time, pace, stride, joint angle)and EMG parameters(the EMG average amplitude, peak value,latency,duration,co-contraction index)were compared under the slippery medium-oil and the dry environment in the slope for a particular environment respectively with one-way ANOVA.It arrivaled at a conclusion which includes the law of emergency response of each joint and muscles on right side of lower extremity right lower limb in a slippery oil medium disturbed situation.Secondly.gait parameters (gait time, pace, stride, joint angle)and EMG parameters (the EMG average amplitude, peak value, latency, duration,co-contraction index)were compared under the slippery medium-oil environment in the ramps with one-way ANOVA.It arrivaled at a conclusion which includes the law of emergency response of each joint and muscles on right side of lower extremity in a ramp disturbed situation.Finally,Variation of muscle force on right side of lower extremity in a gait cycle were analysised under the slippery medium-oil and the dry environment in the slope for a particular environment respectively.It makes a conclusion of the changing rules lower extremity muscle activity on the right and do some discussion of adaptive balance control design of Biped Robot.
