Objective: through to the xinjiang uygur(Uighur and han Chinese Parkinson’s patients serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 level of detection, the xinjiang uygur and han whether PD has correlation with serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 levels, nationality, sex, illness development, course of diseases affect PD patients serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 levels. Methods: A case-control study was conducted. Subjects included PD Uygur patients and PD Han patients. And age- matched healthy normal controls were consecutively recruited in the study. The Hoehn-Yahr items was used to evaluate the severity of PD symptoms; Acording to the years of PD, divided PD patients into 3 groups, the 0-5 years group, 5-10 years group, >10 years group; The serum level of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 was detected with Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for each group. Results: 1. The serum IL-1β,IL-6,IL-17 concentration values of Uygur and Han PD patients were higher than that of the corresponding control group(t= 33.75, P=0.000; t=37.87, P=0.000; t= 72.21, P=0.000). The serum IL-1β,IL-6,IL-17 concentration values of Uygur PD patients were higher than Uygur control group(t=23.74, P=0.000; t=26.47, P=0.000; t=52.37, P=0.000). The serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 concentration values of Han PD patients were higher than Han control group(t=24.08, P=0.000; t=27.19, P=0.000; t= 50.48, P=0.000).2. Srum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 levels of PD patients in different sex, and different ethnic groups, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3. The serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 levels of PD group increased with the years of PD, the difference was statistically significant( F= 39.6, P=0.000; F= 10.9, P=0.000; F= 56.1, P=0.000), The serum IL-1β,IL-6,IL-17 concentra-tion values of the 0-5 years group were lower than that of the 5-10 years group, there was significant difference between them(P<0.05);The serum IL-1β,IL-6,IL-17 concentration values of the 0-5 years group were lower than that of the >10 years group, there was significant difference between them(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the 5-10 years group and the 10 years group(P>0.05). 4.The serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 levels of PD group increased with the patient’s condition, the difference was statistically significant(F= 172.7,P=0.000;F= 55.7,P=0.000;F= 40.0,P=0.000).Conclusion: the levels of the serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 was related to PD; the increasing the levels of the serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 have no correlation with nationality, gender, may be associated duration, the patient’s condition.
