Objective: To explore the correlation between intracranial venous sinus, cerebral venous thrombosis(CVT) and D- dimer. Methods: selection of 50 patients with CVT admitted in the hospital as the research object, select the same normal hospital check-up 50 cases as control group, were tested after admission D- dimer, fibrinogen(Fib), the change of platelet parameters and correlation. Results: Cerebral venous thrombosis, patients with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, PLT, PDW, PCT, MPV compared with control group, significant difference, statistical y significant(P < 0.05).Among them, the value of PLT 141.26±12.64×109 / L cerebral venous thrombosis of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis and 132.48±13.96×109 / L was significantly lower than control group 191.06±16.54×109 / L, statistically significant; While the MPV and PDW were significantly higher than that of control group. There is no obvious change in the PCT.PDW 18.85?4.26% and 18.85?5.11% to 12.97?1.53% is significantly higher than the control group, MPV of 14.96?4.64 fl and 14.52?4.19 fl is significantly higher than that of control group 10.86±0.63 fl, differences were statistically significant, and 0.19±0.03 and 0.03 ±0.05 PCT, compared with the control group of 0.22 0.05 mm, slightly low, no statistical significance. Conclusion: D- dimer is closely related to the blood coagulation mechanism, the platelet parameters, in the early diagnosis of CVT has certain application value.
