Alzheimer’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease. So far, rese archer still not know it’s pathogenic mechanism. According to the statistical da ta of the patients with Alzheimer’s disease from WHO in 2015, there were ap proximately 48 million people worldwide with Alzheimer’s disease. However, a long with the coming of the post genome era, gene chip technology is used fo r the study of the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease. So this provides a new method and have made some progress.Due to the error of experiment about gene chip technology and experimen tal sample diversity, feature set is extracted using PCA from gene expression d ata in the paper. And suppose that the 22283 human genes constitute into an orderly system, so the system is given through order the feature set. Then, the paper definite the contribution of genes as the gene’s function in the system. The experimental data show that the contribution of genes appears fluctuation c haracteristics. At the same time, System Entropy and Spindle Entropy with the deterioration of Alzheimer’s disease are also obvious increased. Based on the a bove characteristics, the recognition algorithm of candidate genes of Alzheimer’s disease has been designed through the discrete Fourier transform. Thus the 34 genes as a candidate gene for Alzheimer’s is extracted and the change of th e combined contribution of their genes are also presented. Finally, candidate ge ne analysis showed that candidate genes for Alzheimer’s disease are mostly dist ributed in the nucleus and the cell membrane, and their function are mainly re lated to transcription regulation and signaling. Five candidate genes have some relationship about zinc ions and calcium ion. In addition, according to the refer ence named Thirty years of Alzheimer’s disease genetics: the implications of s ystematic meta-analyses, the paper gives a functional pathway included the can didate genes, and compared to some previous results.
