Background:Antiplatelet drugs aspirin in treatment of ischemic stroke has become internationally recognized not only can improve the recovery of neural function rehabilitation effect, and can reduce the recurrence rate of cerebral infarction. But it has limitations, can not guarantee the survival of ischemic nerve cells. With the application of stem cells, cell replacement therapy has become a new way of treatment for ischemic stroke. The bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell is a kind of organization the most attention in the stem cell。.Objective:The experimental application of modified thread embolism method modeling prepared model of middle cerebral artery infarction, given drug therapy and stem cell therapy, aspirin by intragastric administration, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into the tail vein of rats in administration, treatment of rats before and after cognitive function and neural function score.Method:We use 300 g S-D rats, the modified suture prepared by MACO model. Divided into 5 groups, respectively, marked with the letter A-E, A group: control group, B group, aspirin group, C group: Dan Chungan cell group, D group of aspirin combined with stem cell group, E group was sham operation group. Rat model was made successfully, group B givenaspirin 10.28mg/kg/d intragastric administration for 21 days, rats in group C and modeling a week after injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, rats in group D irrigation stomach 1 week after to injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and to fill the stomach to 21 days.After 2 weeks, the rats were given water maze test. The experiment was carried out for third weeks, and the neurological function scores were monitored every week.Results:Aspirin combined with stem cell treatment group, neurological scores were higher than that of the control group, aspirin group and simple stem cells group(P < 0.05); Morris water maze test than simply aspirin treated rats escape latency was shortened(P < 0.05); serum heat shock protein 70(HSP70) compared with the control group, aspirin group was increased(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1: bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells combined with aspirin in the treatment of ischemia in the brain to improve cognitive and neurological function were better than aspirin.2 bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells combined with aspirin in nerve cell protection is better than aspirin group.
