For Dr, just after the discovery of patients were intervention and treatment is not obvious, because the DR in the early is not so obvious is for the symptoms of visual effects, and once the Dr has produced, many preventive measures is not so significant, so not for the onset of diabetes education and DR screening, it is particularly important. For the patients with Dr is to clear their incidence in what state, the of timely laser or surgical treatment, the timely processing, can save patients vision, improve the prognosis, but also to the whole society for prevention of blindness blindness help. The aim of this study was to investigate a possible other factors leading to diabetic complications, such as Hb A1 c, BMI, family history, through the prevalence survey in Changchun City, China Japan Friendship Hospital Medical Center in type 2 diabetic patients with diabetic retinopathy and its influencing factors in data, using statistical methods of Dr related influencing factors in order for the early prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy in Changchun City to provide some help. Methods:From July 2015 to 2015 September Changchun city in Changchun City, Japan Union Hospital Medical Examination Center for diabetes patients, according to the diagnostic standard of diabetes recommended by WHO in 1999, for the diagnosis of diabetes by relevant professional doctors for direct ophthalmoscopy and fundus collecting medical records of patients in non mydriatic fundus photographs were collected from patients with DR, gender and the course of disease, family history, nonalcoholic fatty liver, blood pressure(blood, pressure, BP), fasting blood glucose(fasting blood, glucose, FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(glycosylated hemoglobin, Ale, Hb Alc), total cholesterol(total, cholesterol, TC), glycerol(triglyceride, TG) three vinegar, microalbuminuria(urinary microalbumin), fasting serum C peptide(fasting- peptide, FCP), body mass index(body mass, index, BMI) and other related factors were analyzed, divided Analysis of correlation between various factors and diabetic retinopathy. Using SPSS software to carry on the statistical analysis of the data.Result: July 2015 to September 2015 in Changchun City, the joint was diagnosed in the hospital physical examination center of population for 114 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, ocular fundus resolution 1024 cases, including diabetic retinopathy, 312 cases of Dr prevalence rate was 30.47%. The duration of diabetes is less than 5 years,5-15 years, more than 15 years with the prevalence of DR was 12.18%, 36.74%, 63.64%. Age less than or equal to 50,50-60, 60-70, more than 29.41% respectively, among 70 patients aged DR 30.65%, 50%, 41.67%. Prevalence rates were 28.75% female patients with male, DR, 33.33%. Univariate analysis showed no significant difference between male and female and gender fasting C peptide, BMI, triglyceride, cholesterol, fatty liver; there was a significant difference between the age, duration of disease, urinary albumin, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure, family history of diabetes. Single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the course of disease, family history, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin has close relationship with the occurrence of diabetic retinopathy. Conclusion: 1.The physical examination center, the Sino Japanese Friendship Hospital diabetic retinopathy incidence rate was 30.47%. 2.No statistically significant differences between the the physical examination center in patients with type 2 diabetes and the prevalence of DR in gender, fasting C peptide, BMI, triglyceride, cholesterol, fatty liver. 3.The physical examination center of patients with type 2 diabetes prevalence rate of DR with duration of diabetes, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin, blood pressure, age, family history of diabetes was positively. 4.The age of patients, duration of diabetes, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure, urinary albumin, diabetes family history are the risk factors of diabetic retinopathy.
