Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics and pathological types of adult nephrotic syndrome(NS) combined with serous cavity effusion, and to explore the factors that may influence the degree of serous cavity effusion, and to provide reference for clinical treatment。Materials and methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics and pathological types data of 594 cases of nephrotic syndrome patients(including 192 cases combined with serous cavity effusion) in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2015,all the patients under went renal biopsy。We collected their clinical and pathological data。According to whether there was serous cavity effusion or not divided into serous cavity effusion group and non serous cavity effusion group 。According to the amount of serous cavity effusion was divided into a small amount of serous cavity effusion group, the middle amount of serous cavity effusion group, a large number of serous cavity effusion group 。Used statistical software SPSS 18.0 for analyze。Results:1、In our hospital adult patients with primary nephrotic syndrome, the ratio of male to female was 1.64:1,the peak age was 40 to 60 years old。The most common pathological type was membranous nephropathy(MN), accounted for 59.6%, followed by the minimal change disease(MCD), and accounted for 16.1%.2、There were 192 cases( accounting for 32.32%) of primary nephrotic syndrome combined with serous cavity effusion 。 62.5% of MCD complicated with serous cavity effusion, 24.6% of the MN complicated with serous cavity effusion。3、 Primary nephrotic syndrome combined with serous cavity effusion group and the non-serous cavity effusion group had significant differences in 24 hour urinary protein, serum albumin,cholesterol(P<0.05)。4 、 Primary nephrotic syndrome combined with serous cavity effusion volume was not parallel with the degree of edema, with the increase of the degree of edema, the volume of serous cavity effusion had the tendency to increase。Conclusion:1、In our hospital adult patients with primary nephrotic syndrome, the ratio of male to female was 1.64:1。The most common pathological type was membranous nephropathy, and followed by the minimal change disease。2、The pathological type of minimal change disease was more likely to combined with serous cavity effusion in all pathological types of NS。3 、 The degree of primary nephrotic syndrome combined with serous cavity effusion was related to the level of plasma albumin。...
