| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the qushizhuyuxi prescription treatment the patients with stasis dermatitis and effect on the influence various indexes,confirmed its effectiveness and safety.Method:Select our hospital outpatient and inpatient 60 patients as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group,30 patients in the treatment group,the control group of 54 limbs,the treatment group of 56 limbs.Two groups of patients treated with oral Maixuekang capsule and Diosmin as a basic treatment,the treatment group in foundation treatment combined with qushizhuyuxi prescription fumigate,the control group in foundation treatment combined with 40℃ of warm feet.30 days for a period of treatment,after a period of treatment observation results.By observing the application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigate and wash therapy combined with oral medication in patients before and after clinical symptoms and signs of improvement,compared with the control group,analyze the difference between the two.Results:1. In the treatment group with the degree of itching,swelling,chapped, pigment composure and the lesion area to improve the situation was better than the control group.The results were:the total effective’rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.3%.2.Patients in the treatment group infrared thermo-imaging were better than those in the control group,and the improvement of microcirculation in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.There were no adverse drug reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Qushizhuyuxi prescription can effectively improve clinical symptoms and infrared thermo-imaging index, improve the clinical efficacy.2. There is no adverse reaction in the treatment process with Qushizhuyuxi prescription,the clinical operation is simple,the cost is low. |
