Objective:This article from the literature and clinical research to observe the efficacy and mechanism of liver channel Zimu point compatibility acupuncture for tobacco dependence of Liver Qi stagnation, and by comparing the two different methods to provide new ideas in the future treatment of tobacco dependence on clinical therapy.Method:Tobacco dependence will meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria 60 patients, treatment order randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), treatment group, conventional acupuncture treatment by liver channel Zimu point compatibility acupuncture and control group acupuncture textbook treatment. Two groups of patients, the treatment once a day, every 40 minutes, six days a week therapy, acupuncture to stop one day, two week course of treatment. Two groups of patients before and after treatment, and follow-up after treatment three months self-rating scale score, sorting and statistics the efficacy evaluation.Result:Two groups of patients in gender, age, smoked, average daily cigarette consumption was no significant difference between the former, suggesting that the two samples comparable. After treatment and follow-up compared with the scores before treatment were significantly different (P<0.01), prompted both methods are effective, but the treatment better than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with pre-treatment tests were two groups were followed up for one course of treatment and three months of treatment, but follow-up rates were lower than after one course of treatment, showed that both methods are effective in the treatment of tobacco dependence, but are relapse, relapse and the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). The results show the overall effect on the improvement of the effect of tobacco dependence treatment group was more significant (P<0.05), from 3-month follow-up point of view, the treatment group than the control group (P on the long-term efficacy of abstinence and relapse<0.05).conclusion:liver channel Zimu point compatibility acupuncture for tobacco dependence of Liver Qi stagnation has a definite effect, compared with the control treatment had more smoking cessation effect.
