Huangqierxian Tang Treatment Of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type) Of Clinical Observation

Purpose:To explore the root of Huangqierxian Tang combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablers in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome of dispute the clinical curative effect of systemic lupus erythematosus (sle).Method:The 65 patients comes from the department of dermatology in Second Hospital Attached to Heilongjiang University of TCM and the rheumatic immunology of Second Affiliated Hospitalof Harbin Medical University, According to the medical order, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the two groups,32 cases in treatment group,33 cases in control group.The treatment group patients were given oral medicine Huangqierxian Tang and hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablers for treatment. The control group patients was given oral hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablers.The treatment group and control group in three month for a course of treament, observe and record the details of the patients’symptoms, signs, laboratory examination and SLE score before and after treatment, the clinical symptom score (SLEDAI), SLE score of TCM clinical symptoms (SLEFI) in 0,1,2,3 months of treatment. Before and after the treatment of SLEDAI and SLEFI, statistical analysis and draw the results and conclusions, and the corresponding discussion.Result:1. After treatment, the total effective rate of disease:the treatment group rate was 84.38%, the control group rate was 63.63%,After statistical analysis, it is concluded that there are significant differences, P=0.006< 0.05.2. After the treatment, the effective rate of TCM syndromes:the treatment group rate was 78.13%,the control group rate was 54.54%,After statistical analysis, it is concluded that there are significant differences, P=0.020<0.05.3. According to the SLEDAI, two groups of disease activity in the P value is less than 0.05, it is concluded that the treatment group and control group in disease control activities have significant differences.4.Groups of TCM syndrome after treatment:Statistical analysis software, fever, ulcers, shortness of breath, often abdominal distension with cold symptoms, hair loss, edema, and cold limbs, P< 0.05, there is significant difference, the treatment group treatment of the symptoms of treatment is better than the control group. Joint pain, skin damage, fatigue symptoms P> 0.05, the two groups in the treatment of the above three kinds of symptoms does not exist significant difference, the curative effect.Conclusion:1.Huangqierxian Tang is effective prescription for the treatment of SLE (spleen kidney yang insufficiency).2.Huangqierxian Tang with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablers in the efficacy of SLE (spleen kidney yang insufficiency) were better than single hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablers.3.Huangqierxian Tang with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablers as same as single hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablers in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) of spleen kidney yang insufficiency for fever, ulcers, hair loss, edema, shortness of breath, cold, and cold limbs, abdominal fullness and distention symptoms.
