The Clinical Observation Of Yishen Shugan Decoction For Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Ovarian Endometrial Cyst

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Shugan decoction for the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of ovarian endometrial cyst (OEC), and to explore its mechanism, providing science basis for its clinical application.Method:From October 2013 to June 2015,32 ovarian endometrial cyst patients collected in the First Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine who meet the diagnostic criteria of kidney blood were treated with YiShen ShuGan Decoction for three months. Observing and recording the improvement in the cyst maximum diameter, serum CA125 level and clinical symptoms before and after the treatment. The patients should be reviewed 3 months after the end of treatment.Result:After three months treatment, recovered one case, markedly effective in eight cases, effective in nine cases, invalid in twelve cases, the total score was 60%. The improvement of TCM Syndrome:significantly improved in nine cases, partly improved in nine cases, no improvement in twelve cases, the total improvement rate was 60%. The TCM Syndromes, abdominal mass, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, pain cited lumbosacral, menstrual abnormalities, dizziness, tinnitus, weak knees and loss of libido were better than before the treatment, P<0.01, the difference was obviously. The clinical manifestations, serum CA125 level and cyst maximum diameter were lower than before the treatment, the difference was obviously (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. The YiShen ShuGan Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of kidney blood ovarian endometrial cyst significantly.2. The YiShen ShuGan Decoction can narrow the ovarian cyst.3. The YiShen ShuGan Decoction can reduce serum CA125 level.
