The incidence of obesity with the improvement of people’s living level is obviously rising trend, at the same time, obesity, arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, fatty liver and induced diseases such as diabetes. At present a lot of research on obesity drugs, in recent years, studies have shown that effective part of the many food has good effect on regulating lipid metabolism disorders, among them, the effect of soybean isoflavone is more obvious.Soybean isoflavone, Soybean isoflavone, SIF) is formed in the Soybean growth of secondary metabolites, biological activity study showed that Soybean isoflavone daidzein and genistein, especially the Soybean has the anti-tumor, lower cholesterol, and improve the body immunity to improve cardiovascular function, and so on. SIF lipid-lowering effect reducing weight must be from it can lower cholesterol and improve the efficacy of cardiovascular function, but the scientific community of soybean isoflavones lipid-lowering effect reducing weight also exist larger controversy.This topic through high fat feedstuff feeding rats, obesity model is set up, by the high fat feed group based feed rats weight greater than 1.4 times the average weight of the rats+standard deviation, high fat feed group triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) levels are significantly higher than basic feed group as the criteria for the obese rats. After 8 weeks, TG, TC high-fat feed group was obviously higher than that of basic feed group, high-fat feed group based feed rats weight greater than the average weight of the rats+1.4 times the standard deviation of rats (70%), induced obesity rats model successfully established.Will filter out obesity rats were divided into control group and SIF low, medium and high dose groups, each group rats respectively by gastric dose every day 0 mg/kg,50 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg and 450 mg/kg of SIF,4 weeks in a row, observation records during the rat food intake, weight change, and a week of obese rats blood lipid of TG, TC, HDL, LDL and VLDL levels are discussed in the complete measurement, time limitation of lipid-lowering effect reducing weight of soybean isoflavones and concentration-response relationship were studied.The experimental results show that compared with 16.2% fat,33.8% of the total energy of high fat feed fat rats,8 weeks after successful induced obesity model in rats. SIF each dose group of food intake lower than obese control group of rats, the greater the SIF dose the less food intake, weight gain and SIF intervention group was obviously lower than obese control group; SIF can reduce obesity rats blood TG, TC, LDL and VLDL levels, the SIF dose, the greater the role of the longer (4 weeks), the lower the level of TQ TC, LDL and VLDL, SIF has the effect of reducing blood fat, and there is a clear and good aging, dose response relationship.
