Study On The Relationship Of Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst TCM Constitution、TCM Syndromes And R-AFS Installment

Objective:Investigate the Relationship between constitution、syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst (OEC) with r-AFS installment, survey and analysis the relationship on the related factors of the disease, in order to provide new train of thought and reference for early prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsDesign questionnaire about ovarian endometriosis cyst,do the survey on questionnaire in OEC patients who conform to the inclusion criteria of OEC preoperative,and record patients’ age, weight, occupation and other general information,and collect four diagnostic data by inspection olfaction inquiry, and pulse-taking.Different the type of patients’ traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome type and determine the type of theirs constitution according to the standard and relevant literature of each of them. Then we need to do the r-AFS installment in score according to the words described during the laparoscopic surgery,and use the data to do statistical analysis using SPSS21.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The constitution types number of 120 OEC patients in descending order: constitution of blood stasis、constitution of damp-heat、constitution of phlegm wet mass、constitution of qi deficiency、constitution of qi stagnation、constitution of yang-deficiency、constitution of yin-deficiency 。(2)The TCM syndrome types number of 120 OEC patients in descending order:qi stagnation of blood stasis syndrome、Qi deficiency of blood stasis syndrome、damp-heat blood stasis syndrome、kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome、cold stagnation and blood stasis syndrome、Phlegm and blood stasis transresistance syndrome.(3)The installment of 120 OEC patients in descending order:Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ。(4) The length of the course of the disease、dysmenorrhea、have sex and Strenuous exercise during Menstrual period、CA125 among the 120 cases of patients with the installment of r-AFS were statistically significant(P< 0.05)。(5)120 cases of patients professional attributes,age at menarche、history of Sexual life、Pelvic inflammatory disease、contraception、Delivery way、history of operation on gynecology、immediate family members’OEC and eat cold food during Menstrual period with the installment of r-AFS were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(6) Among the 120 cases of patients’installment of r-AFS, the TCM constitution number in order:level II to IV are all given priority to constitution of blood stasis。 Besides, level Ⅱ is given priority to constitution of phlegm wet mass and level IV is given priority to constitution of damp-heat。(7) Among the 120 cases of patients’installment of r-AFS, the TCM syndrome types number in order:level Ⅱ is given priority to cold stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, level III is given priority to qi stagnation of blood stasis syndrome, level IV is given priority to kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome。Conclusions:(1)The constitution of OEC patients is given priority to blood stasis is qualitative。(2) The main pathogenesis of OEC is blood stasis, and the main syndrome types are:qi stagnation of blood stasis syndrome、Qi deficiency of blood stasis syndrome、 damp-heat blood stasis syndrome、kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome、cold stagnation and blood stasis syndrome、Phlegm and blood stasis trans resistance syndrome.(3)120 cases of patients’ age、The length of the course of the disease、 dysmenorrhea、have sex and Strenuous exercise during Menstrual period、CA125 with the installment of r-AFS were statistically significant.(4) The TCM syndrome type、the TCM constitution of OEC patients has correlation with r-AFS installment.
