The Study Of Treating Gall Disease (Thyroid Nodule) In The Drug Law To Use Traditional Chinese Medicine In Ancient And Modern Literature

Objective:By gathering in the ancient documents and modern periodicals related to the treating of thyroid nodule,in summing up the rule of medication, ancient and modern physicians understanding of this disease were discussed from several aspects, for the thyroid nodule provides the reliable data of TCM clinical treatmentMethods:In the《Chinese medical》 software system to retrieve the associated with the thyroid nodule; In CNKI (China HowNet) retrieve the databases of journal literature between creating the database and January 2015, published in Chinese literature which was associated with thyroid nodule.By classifying the statistics of thyroid nodule segments of related literature in ancient books and modern periodical,it can sum up the medication regularly.Results:① There were a total of 300 formulas of ancient document section which deal with the disease, the use of drugs were up to 198 kinds,the times of all total drugs are up to 1800 times, it was respectively for a living, Kunbu Haizao Haige Banxia and so on. There were a total of 313 formulas of ancient document section which dealt with the disease, the use of drugs were up to 258 kinds,the times of all total drugs were up to 3598 times, it was respectively for a living Beimu Xiakucao Haizao Muli, etc. ②In the treatment of this disease using 198 drugs of ancient documents,to use frequency≥1.1% of the medicinal properties of 24 kinds of medicine,including frequency,it was cold,warm,smooth,heat in turn;the frequency of medicinal flavour was salty,bitter,pungent,sweet in turn;belonging to the frequency of channel tropism respectively was stomach、liver、kidney、lung、heart in turn; 258 kinds of medicine to cure this disease using in modern literature, the use frequency≥1.1% of the medicinal properties of 26 kinds of drugs, including frequency, it was cold,warm, smooth,heat in turn;the frequency of medicinal flavour was bitter,pungent,salty,sweet in turn;belong to the frequency of channel tropism respectively in turn liver、lung、heart、spleen、stomach、kidney etc;③According to the clustering and frequency of drug of the ancient and modern in the treatment of this disease was more to dissipating phlegm and resolving masses drug based, supplemented by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drug, dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation and heat clearing drugs.Conclusion: ①The medication of ancient and modern medicine in treating this disease was based with dissipating phlegm and resolving masses drug, supplemented by heat clearing drug,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drug, dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,supplementing qi and nourishing blood drug, diuretics for eliminating Dampness, warming and recuperating kidney yang drug etc.On the basis of ancient physicians treated this disease, modern medical practitioners increased the medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation.② The ancient and modern medical treatment of high ingredients of this disease was used to cold, warm, smooth, resistance to salty,bitter,pungent was more, the meridian in stomach、liver、kidney、lung、 heart of Ancient documents was more,howeve,the meridian in liver、lung、heart、spleen、stomach of the modern documents was more,furthermore, spleen to strengthen the role of modern medicine on the basis of previous. ③ According to the clustering and frequency of drug of the ancient and modern medicine in the treatment of this disease is more to dissipating phlegm and resolving masses drug,supplemented by dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation drug, promoting blood circulation and removing blood and relieving drug,supplementing qi and nourishing blood drug.④The ancient physicians largely used Chinese materia medica containing iodine more, such as Haizao Kunbu,however, The modern physicians significantly reduced those. On the basis of ancient physicians, the modern physicians significantly increased to use Chinese materia medica containing iodine less.When we treat thyroid nodule,we should combine the disease and syndrome differentiation for the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine containing iodine.
