Explore The Nasal Five-Part Pattern Syndrome Differentiation From The Therapy Of The Lab Nasosinusitis Rats

Objective:Observe the therapeutical effect of nasosinusitis oral liquid and xinyi qingfei yin on nasosinusitis SD lab rats to discuss the experimental and guiding significance of nasal five pattern syndrome differentiation theory,aiming to offer the reference bases for treating nasal diseases with TCM1. About theory:Analyze and discuss the ancient doctors view points and syndrome differentiation therapeutic principles on nasosinusitis through collecting and researching on ancient literature,aimed to discuss and reveal the guiding significance of this theory on treating nasosinusitis and other nasal diseases.2.About experiment:Choose 40 SD lab rats which were feeding freely for 7 days,and they were divided into 4groups,10 for each.30 of them were made nasosinusitis model by Staphylococcus aureus infection,other 10 were normal groups.Four groups are:①normal group;②modeling group; ③nasosinusitis oral liquid group;④xinyi qingfei yin group。Observe the therapeutical effects of nasosinusitis oral liquid group and xinyi qingfei yin group after continue treating for 14 days.Test the blood routine and use the Elisa method to test the concentration of CRP, IgM、IgG、IgA in serum.Results:1. The research shows that the nasal five pattern syndrome differentiation theory has certain clinical guiding significance. Inferior nasal concha and inferior nasal meatus are related to lung,belongs to qi pattern.While the nasal tip, ala nasi and nasal vestibule are connected to spleen,belongs to muscle pattern.The middle nasal concha middle nasal meatus and ostiomeatal complex are related to liver and gall bladder,belongs to shu pattern;Nasal septum are related to heart,belongs to blood pattern; Superior nasal concha, the roof of nasal cavity and nasal bone are connected to kidney,belongs to marrow pattern.2.The results indicates that:①Comparing with normal group,the content of serum WBC and GR of modeling group are much more higher,which shows the successful modeling(P<0.01). ②Comparing with normal group,the content of serum CRP of modeling group are much more higher(P<0.01),which shows the successful modeling. ③Comparing with normal group,the content of serum IgG、IgM、IgA of modeling group are much more higher,which shows the successful modeling(P<0.05). Comparing with the modeling group,the content of serum IgG、IgM、IgA of nasosinusitis oral liquid group decreased significant(P<0.05).Which indicates that they decreased the abnormally increased IgG、IgM、IgA level in serum.Conclusion：It is proved that the nasal five pattern syndrome differentiation theory is true.We can treat nasosinusitis with TCM therapy according to liver and lung system theory based on syndrome differentiation and different pathogenesis.It has important reference significance to combine this theory with treatment based on syndrome differentiation to treat nasal diseases including nasosinusitis and improve clinical therapeutic effects.
