Objective:The experimental basis for action in order to keep shape, in order to quiet repose of "dynamic and static" philosophy and the "diagnosis and treatment, the whole concept of" the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the moxibustion with the new water exercise therapy(referred to as "spa"), to form a series of traditional Chinese medicine theory foundation, combining modern rehabilitation medicine combination therapy for the prevention and treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia and hemiparesis spasm spasm severity seeking a cost-effective and standardized comprehensive rehabilitation program.Methods : All patients in the Third Hospital of Shanxi Medical Branch encephalopathy and rehabilitation doctor’s guidance continues to conventional treatment, ie cerebral edema, brain nutrition, improve cerebral microcirculation western medicine; BNI,of blood stasis and phlegm and other acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine is designed on the basis of. Control group: conventional rehabilitation; treatment groups: moxibustion therapy combined with water sports. Changes observed joint clinical improvement in patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke intervention moxibustion water exercise therapy, and before and after their treatment of limb spasticity, motor function and activities of daily living, such as three aspects of relevant quantitative indicators. Treatment groups were observed over a month, the former treatment, 15 days and 30 days after treatment and compared the correlation score.Results:1. Before the treatment, two groups of patients, lower limb spasm of rating scale,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05). After treatment, two groups of spasm rating scale were lower earlier, there is a very significant difference statistically significant(P < 0.01); Treatment group of upper limb spasm scale score was lower than those of control group, the differences are significant statistical significance(P < 0.05); Two groups of lower limb spasm rating scale, there was no statistically significant difference(P(P < 0.05).2. Before the treatment, two groups of patients Fugl- Meyer movement function score,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05). Motor function score after treatment, two groups of patients were increased, the treatment group has a very significantdifference statistically significant(P < 0.01), there are significant difference in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the treatment group movement function score higher than control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05).3. Before the treatment, the two groups were similar scores of daily living, the difference was not statistically significant(P> O.05). After treatment, the two activities of daily living scores were increased, the differences were highly statistically significant(P<0.01). Treated daily living scores slightly higher than the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P> O.05).4.The total efficiency of the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion:1. The present study was carried out on the basis of the general treatment of the design, the use of moxibustion therapy combined with water sports spastic hemiplegia after stroke, the establishment of rehabilitation treatment for routine clinical evaluation of the efficacy of the control group, the statistical analysis, moxibustion combined water exercise therapy group, the total effective rate was 84.7%, the conventional rehabilitation group, the total effective rate was 62.3%. Description moxibustion combined water exercise therapy is superior to conventional rehabilitation.2. moxibustion therapy combined with conventional water exercise can improve stroke rehabilitation patients with spastic hemiplegic limb muscle tension, which can effectively relieve spasticity. For the upper limb, moxibustion combined water exercise therapy group to be superior to conventional rehabilitation group, but rather to the lower limbs of two groups.3. moxibustion combined water exercise therapy can effectively improve stroke spastic paralysis of motor function in patients, its efficacy is superior to conventional rehabilitation group. Tip moxibustion combined water exercise therapy in patients with limb movement can improve tomorrow, promote functional recovery.4. The activities of daily living after moxibustion therapy combined with conventional water exercise can improve stroke rehabilitation patients with spastic hemiplegia,moxibustion combined water exercise therapy group activities of daily living scores slightly higher than the conventional rehabilitation group, but not significantly, so can not explain what kind of program is more effective in improving patients’ daily living skills.
