A Clinical Research On Method Of Shugan Jianpi To Cure Infantile Anorexia Of Weight Control And Loss Sports Events

Objective To observe the outcome of the infantile anorexia on weight control and loss sports events with method of Shugan Jianpi and prescription of modified XiaoYaoSan,including symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), change in body weight, content of hemoglobin and trace elements.To evaluate it’s efficacy and safety of the treatment and discuss it’s possible mechanism.Finally to provide the basis for this population of treatment for anorexia.Methods According to the inclusion criteria 60cases (was diagnosed Ganyu Pixu type) were randomly divided into two groups, test group of 30 cases use the method of " dredge Liver Qi stagnation, nourishing and cooling blood circulation, invigorate spleen",taking modified XiaoYaoSan, in control group of 30 cases taking zinc gluconate.Observed the changes of related indicators before and after treatment. Through the statistical processing comparison the curative effect and TCM treatment effect between the two groups.Results According to clinical observations, the test group total effective 96.97%;the control group effective 76.67%,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(p<0.01).The two groups can improve secodary symptoms of TCM,including Pale, stool and weight gain,there were no significant differences between two groups (p>0.05).The treatment group can improve the main symptoms of TCM,including desire and quantity of eatables,also improve temperament,reduce Xiongxie pain, weight increase Quickly reach ideal weight,it was significant differences to control group(p<0.05). The two groups can improve content of hemoglobin and trace elements. Improve content of hemoglobin efficacy of the treatment group than the control group, it was significant differences between two groups (p<0.01).Conclusion The disease mechanisms of the infantile anorexia on weight control and loss sports events is Ganyu Pixu,the treatment is Shugan Jianpi, modified XiaoYaoSan is the effective drugs to cure the infantile anorexia who diagnose Ganyu Pixu type.It’s a safety,effective method,and worth to spread to weight reduction and control of sports medical supervision.
