Incidence of chronic renal failure and the number of patients showed an increasing trend year by year. Now, following cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, chronic renal failure has become another serious threat to human life and health, it is a global public health problem. In uremic serum levels of more than 200 kinds of substances were significantly higher than normal, substances which has toxic effects accumulate in the body, is the main reason of uremia symptoms, metabolic disorders, and multi-system dysfunction. Hemodialysis is the most effective treatment of chronic renal failure and uremia patients. Sufficient dialysis blood flow is to ensure the quality of maintenance hemodialysis, also effect the result of dialysis and quality of life. Objective:By observing change of uremic toxins index of dialysis patients with chronic renal failure before and after different blood flow dialysis, assessment the impact of dialysis blood flow to the dialysis effect and provide scientific basis for the guidance of the dialysis treatment. The influence of different dialysis blood flow on quality of life in patients on maintenance dialysis was analyzed. It is important to improve maintenance dialysis effect and quality of life in hemodialysis patients.Materials and Methods:Choose purification department treated hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure of 2 hospitals in Siping between March 2015 and August 2015, a total of 120 cases, as subjects of this study. The study subjects were treated 260ml/min, 300ml/ min and 350ml/min of dialysis blood flow. Dialysis 1 time two days, each dialysis time 4 h, 6 months were observed. Collect general index of subjects, included age, sex, weight and so on. Collect subjects’ venous blood before the first dialysis and after first dialysis and so the venous blood of last dialysis during experimental observation of the study. Using automatic blood cell analyzers and automatic biochemical analyzer detect subjects’ serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, serum iron, parathyroid hormone and other indicators, and calculate the index of urea clearance and rate of urea nitrogen decline. Health survey was used, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, BECK depression self-assessment questionnaire, Social Disability Screening Schedule to ebaluate subjects’ quality of life in the beginning of the experiment and after six months’ experiment. SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1. Before dialysis Cr, BUN levels and Cr, BUN clearance was significant different between different dialysis blood flow groups was, statistically significant(P<0.05), and Cr, BUN clearance was promoted with dialysis blood flow increase.2. After six months’ dialysis, albumin of 260ml/ min dialysis blood flow group was significantly higher than that before grouping(P<0.05); patients in 300ml/ min dialysis blood flow, Cr, ferritin, URR and Grouping differences compare with before grouping were statistically significant( P < 0.05), furthermore, Cr decreased compared with before packet, ferritin, URR increased than before packet; Cr value of 350ml/ min dialysis blood flow was significantly lower than that before grouping, Kt/V value was significantly higher than that before grouping(P<0.05).3. After 6 months’ dialysis, URR and Kt/V between the different dialysis blood flow were significantly different, statistically significant(P<0.05), and increased with the dialysis blood flow.4. Different dialysis blood flow before and after grouping, sleep quality, situation of depression and degree of social defect has no significant statistical difference(P>0.05). BP, RE scores and HT grade of 260ml/min blood flow dialysis patients between before and after grouping was significantly different statistically significant(P<0.05); SF-36 scores, PF, RP, BP, GH, VT, RE, MH scores and HT grade of 300ml/ min blood flow dialysis patients before and after grouping was significantly different statistically significant(P<0.05); SF-36 scores, PF, RP, BP, GH, RE Ratings and HT grade of 350ml/ min blood flow dialysis patients before and after grouping was significantly different statistically significant(P<0.05).5. PSQI, BDI and SDSS grade of different blood flow dialysis group was no significant difference(P>0.05); SF-36 scores,PF and GH of different blood flow group was significant difference between the groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Among the three blood flow, the higher that dialysis blood flow, the higher Cr, BUN clearance, then dialysis more fully.2. After 6 months, When blood flow is 260 m L / min, the albumin levels in patients was significantly improved; when blood flow is 300 m L / min, Cr levels of patients were significantly reduced, ferritin and URR of patients were significantly improving; When blood flow is 350 m L / min Cr levels were significantly reduced in patients, Kt / V values was significantly. URR and Kt / V values were increased with blood flow increasing. Body anemia, hypoproteinemia can be improved when dialysis blood flow is relatively small; Body’s dialysis adequacy was improved when dialysis blood flow is relatively large.3. Groups with different dialysis blood flow, patients’ sleep quality, depressed situation and degree of social defect were not significantly different.4. After 6 months’ dialysis, when blood flow is 260ml/min, healthy situation of patients was significantly changed, Physical pain and emotional function improved; When blood flow is 300ml/min, The healthy change of patients was significant, general health, physical function, physical function, bodily pain, general health, mental, emotional function, and mental health is improved; When blood flow is 350ml/min, the patient’s health changed significantly, general health, physical performance, physical function, bodily pain, general health and emotional function improved. With the increase of dialysis blood flow, the patient’s general health, physical functioning and general health improved significantly.
