Objective: Through a hospital Siping diagnosed from January 2010 to December 2014 126 cases of leukemia during the retrospective study, analyzing the basic situation and clinical characteristics of patients newly diagnosed leukemia, including leukemia type, gender, age structure, occupation composition and changes in laboratory tests, to understand the clinical features of patients with leukemia, provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of leukemia, so as to better guide clinical work. Methods: Through integrated management system hospital electronic medical record, retrieve and access to cases of leukemia patients from January 2010 to December 2014 during the first visit of a hospital in Siping City, were retrospectively analyzed according to the case design questionnaires to collect medical records. The study includes sex, age, occupation, type of leukemia, clinical manifestations at diagnosis of patients with peripheral blood test results.Using peripheral blood cell analyzer WBC, Hb and PLT. Initial diagnosis of patients taking the analysis results of the blood cells of leukemia when no treatment statistics. Diagnosis of leukemia based on Zhang Nan, Shen Ti editor. "Blood disease diagnosis and treatment standards"(3rd Edition) for diagnosis. In this study, EXCEL software building a database entry, the relevant application SPSS17.0 software for data analysis and processing. Descriptive statistical analysis. Results: 1.126 cases of leukemia patients, male 64 cases, female 62 cases, male: female = l.03: 1. Minimum age is 4 years old and the oldest was 80 years old, with a median age of 49.00 years; 14 years of age in 13 cases, accounting for 10.32 %, 15-39 years old 30 cases, accounting for 23.02%, the incidence has more than 40 years of age 84 cases, accounting for 66.66%. 81 cases of ANLL patients, 14 years of age there are four cases, accounting for 4.94%, 15-39 years old, 21 cases, accounting for 25.93 percent, more than 40 years the incidence of 56 cases, accounting for 69.14%. Share a large proportion of the two age groups were 40-49 years old and more than 60 years. 126 cases of newly diagnosed patients with leukemia occupations include cadres, farmers, teachers, students, workers and unknown occupation, where most farmers in 58 cases, accounting for 46.03 percent, followed by unknown occupation and workers, accounting for 21.43% and 15.87%. Similarly, in 81 cases of de novo ANLL patients, the proportion of farmers is the highest for 50.62 percent, followed by unknown professionals and workers, accounting for 20.99% and 14.81%. 2.126 cases of patients with newly diagnosed leukemia, including ALL, ANLL, CLL and CML four types, of which a maximum of 81 cases of ANLL, accounting for 64.29, followed by ALL, 25 cases, accounting for 19.84%, CLL and CML were five cases and 10 cases, accounting for 3.97% and 11.90%. 81 cases of patients with ANLL type include M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 and M6, no M0, M7 type patients, but also with M2, M3 patients with the majority, accounting for 36.5% and 28.3%, respectively, and the remaining patients accounted for 37.03%. 3. The main clinical symptoms of patients with leukemia 126 cases as fatigue, fever, bleeding and swollen lymph nodes. There are 83.33% of patient visits when fatigue, there is 55.56% of the patients had feverduring treatment, there are 35.71% of the patients treatment when there is bleeding, there are 36.51% of patients with treatment when lymph nodes, there are 17.46% of patient visits when splenomegaly and loss of appetite, there are 14.29% of the patients when treatment abdominal distension, there are 15.08% of patient visits when swollen gums, only 8.73% of patients with bone pain, only 4.76 percent of the patients had hepatomegaly and weight loss. 81 cases of de novo ANLL patients, 87.65% of patients with treatment when there is weakness, there are 51.85% of the patients had fever during treatment with 37.04% of the patients treatment when there is bleeding, there are 29.63% of patients with treatment when lymph nodes with 19.75% of the patients treatment when there is loss of appetite, there are 18.52% of patient visits when swollen gums, there are 12.35% of the patients treatment when there is abdominal distension, has 9.88 percent of patient visits when splenomegaly, only 4.94% patients with bone and joint pain, only 2.47 percent of the patients had hepatomegaly and night sweats. 4.126 cases of newly diagnosed leukemia patients at lower than normal white blood cell count, accounting for 21.47%, the lowest value of 0.3×109/L, higher than normal accounted for 68.25 %, the highest value of 470.0×109/L, of which 37.5% leukemia patients white blood cell count higher than 50×109/L; when 126 cases of newly diagnosed leukemia patients neutrophil abnormalities accounted for 78.58 percent, lower than 0.5×109/L, accounting for 16.67%. Patients with newly diagnosed ANLL white blood cell count is below normal accounted for 30.86 percent, the lowest value of 0.3×109/L, higher than normal accounted for 56.80%, the highest value of 285.0×109/L, of which 28.40 percent of leukemia patients leukocytes number higher than 50×109/L; when patients newly diagnosed ANLL neutrophil abnormalitiesaccounted for 82.72 percent, lower than 0.5 ×109/L, accounting for 18.52%.126 cases of newly diagnosed leukemia patients when only 10.32% of peripheral blood hemoglobin normal, abnormal reached 89.68 percent, the lowest hemoglobin of 33g/L, and when leukemia patients diagnosed with moderate anemia, accounting for 40.48%, respectively mild and severe anemia accounting for 29.32% and 19.84%. 81 cases of patients with newly diagnosed ANLL when only 6.17% of peripheral blood hemoglobin normal, abnormal reached 93.83 %, the lowest hemoglobin of 33 g / L, and newly diagnosed patients with moderate anemia, accounting for 40.74%, mild and severe anemia accounted for 25.93% and 27.16%. When 126 cases of newly diagnosed leukemia patients, only 17.46% of patients platelets normal, 82.54% of the patients platelet abnormalities, wherein the presence of 75.40 percent of leukemia patients platelet count, minimum value of 6.0 × 109 / L, higher than 300 × 109 / L by accounting for 7.14%. When 81 cases of ANLL patients newly diagnosed patients with normal platelet only 11.11 percent, 88.89 % of the patients platelet abnormalities, wherein the presence of 87.66 percent of ANLL patients with low platelet count, a minimum value of 6×109/L.Conclusion: 1. leukemia incidence men slightly more than women; two age peak of incidence were 40-49 years old and more than 60 years old; the majority were farmers and workers; type of leukemia to acute non-lymphocytic leukemia is more common; acute non-lymphocytic leukemia is more common to M2. 2. leukemia patients newly diagnosed with clinical symptoms of fatigue, bleeding, fever and swollen lymph nodes common, anemia with moderate anemia majority.3. Most WBC and neutrophil newly diagnosed leukemia patients when abnormal white blood cells to increase mainly neutrophils to reduce the main; the vast majority of patients with lower hemoglobin and platelets.
