Objective:To analyze the status of hemodynamic in CKD patients and its related risk factors. Methods:Analyzed 73 patients with Chronic kidney disease who hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing University Of Medical Science, divided these patients into early-middle lesion group (eGFR≥30ml/min) and late lesion group (eGFR<30ml/min). Recorded the gender, age, height, weight, serum calcium, serum phosphorus, SCr, SUA, eGFR, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL), serum albumin, low density lipoprotein (LDL) and hemoglobin and hemodynamic indexes (CO、CI、SVR、SVRI、SV、SVI、ACI、LCWI、 PEP、LVET、VI、STR, TFC).Results:1. The age and sex in control group, early-middle lesion group, late lesion group had no significant difference.2. Compared with the control group, the eGFR, serum calcium, serum albumin, HDL, hemoglobin of early-middle lesions group and late lesions group were decreased; the heart rate, blood pressure, serum phosphorus, SCr, SUA, triglyceride were significantly increased. Compared with the early-middle lesion group, eGFR, serum calcium, serum albumin, HDL, hemoglobin of late lesion group were decreased; heart rate, blood pressure, serum phosphorus, SCr, SUA of late lesion group were increased significantly.3. Compared with the control group, the CI, SV, SVI, ACI, LCWI, LVET, VI of early-middle lesions group and late lesions group were decreased, SVR, SVRI were increased. Compared with the early-middle lesion group, the TFC of late lesion group was increased.4. SV was correlated with HR, Systolic blood pressure, serum albumin and hemoglobin. SVI was correlated with eGFR, serum albumin, hemoglobin, Systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and SCr.5. SVR was correlated with eGFR, age, Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, SCr, SUA, hemoglobin. SVRI was correlated with eGFR, age, Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, SCr, SUA, hemoglobin, triglyceride.6. ACI was correlated with HDL, HR, Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, triglyceride. LVET was correlated with eGFR, Systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, serum albumin, hemoglobin and SCr. VI was correlated with eGFR, HR, Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, SCr, triglyceride, HDL, serum albumin, erum calcium.Conclusions:1. The cardiac function of CKD patients wae abated, and Vascular resistance was promoted. It bwas manifested as heart failure and atherosclerosis.2. With the progression of chronic kidney disease, the more obvious the retention of water and sodium.3. In addition to age, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, high blood lipid factors in patients with chronic kidney disease, nutritional status, hemoglobin level, glomerular filtration rate, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid is the main factors causing cardiovascular events.4. The risk factor for cardiovascular events is not independent, but various factors lead to the occurrence of cardiovascular events.5. The ICG system can be used to routine monitor hemodynamic of CKD patients, and long-term follow-up can predict cardiovascular events.
