ObjectiveTo explore the causes of Biliary anastomotic complications after liver transplantation, In order to reduce the incidence of Biliary anastomotic complications.MethodsClinical data of 10 Of 140 patients undergoing liver transplantation with biliary anastomotic complication were retrospectively analyzed from January 2005 to March 2015 in Chongqing Organ Transplantation Center, First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. The methods of biliary duct reconstruction, types of biliary anastomotic complications, treatment and preventive measures were analyzed.ResultsThere are 10 cases of biliary anastomotic complications after liver transplantation patients, including 7 cases of biliary stricture (5%), biliary fistula after operation in 3 cases (2.14%). The total incidence of biliary anastomotic complications was 7.14%, the incidence rate of the posterior continuous anterior discontinuous group was 7.32%, the incidence rate of the whole interrupted suture group was 7.41%, two methods of bile duct reconstruction to the incidence of biliary anastomotic complications had no significant difference.ConclusionTwo methods of bile duct reconstruction in liver transplantation to the incidence of biliary anastomotic complications had no significant difference, not on "T"-shaped tube is reliable. Once the occurrence of biliary anastomotic complications, early diagnosis, interventional therapy is the key, with non operation therapy is preferred.
