Objectives:By analyzing the risk factors for affecting the occurrence of stroke associated pneumonia. The stroke risk factors, so as to in clinical work should take corresponding measures to actively provide evidence for the prevention, early discovery, early prevention, early treatment, reduce lung infection incidence and improve patient prognosis, improve the quality of life of patients. Methods: "stroke(and / or brain vascular diseases, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage)", "pneumonia(and / or pulmonary infection, risk factor" three words combined by subject headings and keywords retrieval from2000 to December 2015 Wanfang database and China How Net periodical full text database, and combined with manual retrieval, strictly selected in line with the research literature. Meta analysis was carried out on the data of 21 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The risk factors of stroke related pneumonia in China were established. Results:The study included 23 documents,1854 cases of stroke complicated with pneumonia and 8253 cases of the control group(cases of stroke patients without pneumonia). 10 risk factors, such as age, sex, stroke type, smoking history, drinking history, consciousness disorder, diabetes mellitus, lung underlying diseases, dysphagia, invasive operation, were selected as the main risk factors for the study. Stroke associated pneumonia older 60 years old group is 1.85 times t less than 60 years of age group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was a 2.01 fold difference in the incidence of stroke complicated with pneumonia in the smoking group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,). There were 3.76 times of the incidence of invasive operation group in stroke complicated with pneumonia, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Stroke complicated with pneumonia in cerebral hemorrhage group is 2.42 times of the incidence of cerebral infarction group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of less than or equal to 8 group is higher than the GCS score 8groups of GCS score and the former complicated pneumonia risk is 5.52 times than that of the latter, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05). Watian drinking water test is more than or equal to grade 3 groups is higher than the incidence Watian drinking water test < 3 grade group, and stroke associated pneumonia group Watian drinking water test is more than or equal to grade 3 groups the incidence is 6.84 times Watian drinking water test < 3 level groups, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence rate of diabetes group was higher than that of non diabetic patients, and the incidence of stroke associated pneumonia in patients with diabetes mellitus was 2.51 times that of the non diabetes group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of male and female two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of the two groups was not significantly different, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the drinking group and the alcohol group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Final conclusion: Older than 60 years old, smoking, previous lung disease history, intrusive operation, hemorrhagic stroke, disturbance of consciousness, diabetes, difficulty swallowing etc. eight risk factors risk factors for stroke; sex, history of drinking, we cannot determine stroke associated pneumonia risk factors.
