Objective: To compare radiofrequency ablation and surgical resection in the treatment of small liver cancer curative effect. Methods: The correlative Database by computer retrieval, including foreign sources including the U.S. national library of medicine Database retrieval information retrieval system(Medline/Pubmed), take an examination of crane library(Cochorane Libarary), EMbase Database(Excerpt Medica Database), etc.; Chinese database retrieval source including China journal full-text database(CNKI), VIP science and technology journal full-text database and Chinese biomedical literature database(China Biology Medicine disc), China’s dissertations full-text database database(ten thousand), China evidence-based Medicine/Cochrane center database(CCEBM/CCD), etc. Retrieve the above database with was published in 1991-2015 by Radiofrequency Ablation(Radiofrequency Ablation, RFA) with liver Resection surgery(Surgical Hepatic Resection, HR) treatment of small liver cancer randomised controlled trial, after the retrieval results, controlled the Cochrane systematic evaluation after the member handbook version 4.2.2 quality evaluation standards recommended by screening, and to meet eligibility criteria evaluation methodological quality evaluation, the final in research, application Review Manager version 5.3 software and Meta analysis into the research on system evaluation, and to summarize the result analysis. Results: The META analysis into nine groups in the end. Included in the study included 2679 patients, among which 1260 cases of patients with radiofrequency ablation and surgical resection group, 1419 cases of patients. After a Meta analysis clear difference in survival between each team have statistical significance. After 1 year survival odds ratio OR = 1.86, after 1 year disease-free survival odds ratio OR = 1.38, the surgical survival rate has a certain advantage in the radiofrequency ablation group; After 3 years survival odds ratio OR =1.88, 3 years after disease-free survival odds ratio OR = 1.82, surgical treatment is radiofrequency ablation group survival rate is higher; After 5 years of survival rate ratio than the OR = 1.88, scores the radiofrequency ablation group have an advantage. Postoperative 5-year disease-free surial rate for statistical samples is less, so not is analyzed. Conclusion: By Meta analysis available: compared with radiofrequency ablation therapy, surgical treatment in a year’s survival rates compared to radiofrequency ablation can not articulate the advantages, and on the long-term survival rate is higher than that of radiofrequency ablation group, both recent and forward at the same time, radiofrequency ablation group of tumor recurrence rate is higher than surgery...
