Liver transplantation is an important treatment for liver cancer in the final stage of liver cirrhosis. The global total of liver transplantation has reached more than 2 00000 cases, postoperative 1 year survival rate reached 90%, although the application of the improvement of surgical technique and cyclosporin immunosuppression, liver transplantation patients with short survival rate has improved significantly, but the long-term survival rate and need to be improved. At present, there are some differences in the recurrence rate of tumor after liver transplantation between the major transplant centers, and the recurrence of HCC after liver transplantation is an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients after liver transplantation. 1-2 years after transplantation is a high risk of recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma, there is no exact way to cure. Adoptive immunotherapy has become an important method of tumor treatment, but due to the in vitro amplification obtained immune effector cells exist mainly problems for amplification ratio is low, and the cell killing activity is not clear, thus limiting the clinical application of immune effector cells. Using a larger number of lymphocytes from the donor liver perfusion liquid to obtain subsets of cells, and the activity is good, the follow-up by in vitro amplification and activity was detected after the infusion of donor lymphocytes can avoid amplification ratio is low, and the killing activity is not clear problem, and effective prevention and early treatment of hepatic transplantation HCC recurrence will have to reduce the rate of liver transplantation for HCC recurrence, prolong the survival time of liver transplantation recipients, and improve the quality of life of the receptor, more to help the further development in liver transplantation. This study is an initial study of the lymphocyte subsets in the irrigation lotion, including the number, distribution and the proportion of each subgroup, for the next step to provide some reference for the experiment. Object:DCD study of liver transplantation for hepatic perfusion preliminary extraction and analysis of subsets of fluid lymphocytes, do some preliminary research for the study of liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence and related follow-up of lymphocytes. Methods:The lymphocyte subsets in the liver lavage fluid of 10 cases of donor liver donation in No.1 Hospital of Jilin University from June 2015 to December 2015 were analyzed. Results:The donor liver lavage fluid contains a variety of lymphocyte based immune cells. Including T and B lymphocytes and mononuclear cells. They are a heterogeneous and different functions of lymphocytes, according to the different cell surface associated signs, the B lymphocytes CD3-CD19 + B lymphocytes; and T lymphocytes can be divided into CD3 + CD8 + T lymphocyte, CD3 + CD4 + T lymphocytes of two groups; NK cells were divided into CD3-CD56 + cells and CD3 + CD56 + cells; CD14 + monocytes. Conclusions:1:DCD liver transplantation was used to analyze the lymphocyte subsets in the lavage fluid, which can provide reference for the study of the recurrence of liver transplantation and the subsequent lymphocyte.2:The changes of lymphocyte subsets in liver lavage fluid are of great significance in the diagnosis of liver diseases, and have positive effect on preventing recurrence of HCC after liver transplantation.
