The Clinical Observation On Using VSD And Adjust The Body Combined With The Nutritional Status Of Patients For Diabetic Foot

Objeetive:1.Application of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) treatment group and conventional treatment group, the average length of stay,number of dressing changes, hospital costs, and other cure rate compared,analysis of continuous use of vacuum assisted therapy efficacy.2.With the adjustment of the nutritional status of patients with diabetic foot healing effect.Methods:1.According to diabetic foot(diabetic foot, DF) diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected Endocrine Department of the China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from January 2013 to January 2016 were treated DF(3-5 grade)total patient case 32 cases, to retrospectively controlled study the data with sex, age, duration, glycolated hemoglobin A1 C, Wagner classify method,whether to cut toe,frequency of dressing change,average stay,treatment outcome,hospital costs, etc.2. Using VSD treatment group of 14 patients, 11 males, 3females, mean age(57.36 disabilities 11.65) years old.Conventional treatment group, 18 patients, 12 males and 6 females,mean age(60.06 disabilities 12.17) years old. All patients were treated with conventional debridement, including cut-off toe, etc. All the wounds were treated with varying degrees of surgical debridement, dressing routine, while giving antibiotics, vasodilators,improve circulation, correct blood sugar, improve the general nutritional status and other basic treatment. VSD treatment group in the conventional treatment group, based on The wounds given VSD treatment appropriate course of treatment.3.To analyze the obtained data statistically.Results:2 groups were compared with the average length of stay,number of dressing changes, hospital costs, recovery rates of the differences were statistically significant. VSD better than conventional treatment group, VSD treatment group, less the number of dressing, the average hospital stay is short, the cure rate is high,low cost of hospitalization.Conelusion:Application of VSD to improve the treatment of diabetic footfoot cure rate of patients, especially those with refractory diabetic foot improve the cure rate, and solve the conventional treatment methods can not solve the problem of the treatment of diabetic foot,which greatly reduces the rate of diabetic foot amputations.
