Objective: To investigate the clinical value of HP-Ig G in the diagnosis of HP infection in different stomach disease types and different ages. Assess the variation trend in HP-IgG after eradication of infection.Method:A total of 615 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer conformed to the inclusion criteria. All patients were performed13C-UBT and HP-Ig G. Contrast the sensitivity and specificity of13C-UBT and HP-Ig G in the diagnosis of HP infection. Patients who both13C-UBT and HP-Ig G are positive received standard quadruple eradication therapy. Detection of HP-IgG and13C-UBT were carried respectively 1 month、1 month and 6 month after the eradication. Assess the variation trend in HP-IgG after eradication of infection.Statistical analysis the parameters were analyzed by SPSS 19.0, the percentage indicated eradication rate, enumeration data was analyzed by Chi-square test and Fisher,?X±s indicated sample average, measurement data was analyzed by t-test. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant difference.Result : 1. The sensitivity of HP-IgG between different age groups in the same disease and different disease groups in the same age. But the specificity of patients whose disease is atrophic gastritis is lower than other disease groups when compared in the same age group, and the specificity of patients whose age is between 66-75 years-old is lower than the other age groups when compared in the same disease group. 2. There is no difference the titre of HP-Ig G between different groups before the eradication. The atrophic gastritis patient has lower titre of HP-Ig G than other disease groups at 1month and 3 month after eradication, but there is no difference between different diseases at 6month after eradication. 3.At 3 month after eradication, the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve for the decrease of Ig G antibody titers for conforming H.pylori eradication was 0.942, with 90% sensitivity and 84% specficity(when the cutoff point was set at >30% versus the HP-IgG titre before treatment).conclusion:1.hp-igghasalowerspecificityindiagnosisoftheolderpeoplethanyoungandmiddle-agedpeople.2.thetitreofhp-iggisdeclinefasterintheatrophicgastritisthantheotherdisease.thereisnodifferenceofthedescendrangebetweendifferentagegroups.3.at3 monthaftereradication,>30%decreaseofiggantibodytitersforconformingh.pylorieradicationachieveahighlevel.
