| Objective:By observing the hemodynamic changes, including evaluation back joint Da Ming Yin of shenshu point on the nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis resistance complex clinical curative effect of and discuss the possible mechanism of action.Methods:On 31 cases (60 eyes) meet the criteria for the nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis resistance collaterals syndrome patients, randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients with electric acupuncture shenshu point back joint Da Ming Yin oral 30 d, the control group in the conventional acupuncture combined Da Ming Yin oral. Were observed before and after treatment of two sets of vision, fundus, clinical symptoms and the change of ocular hemodynamics.Results:(1) experimental group total effective rate was 90.00%, control group total effective rate was 76.67%, the efficacy compared the two groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05). (2) experimental TCM syndrome, the total effective rate was 93.75% in the control group total effective rate was 80.00%, there are differences between the two groups, two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome is no statistical significance (P> 0.05). (3) the experimental group and control group after treatment eyesight were increased (P< 0.05), there is statistical significance; Two groups of contrast group is better than that of control group, with statistical significance. (4) the experimental group and control group in fundus were improved after treatment (P< 0.05), there is statistical significance; The experimental group is better than that of control group, with statistical significance. (5) the experimental group and control group in ocular hemodynamics were improved after treatment (P< 0.05), there is statistical significance; And improved the experimental group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion:Electric acupuncture shenshu point back joint Da Ming Yin can effectively improve the nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome patients’ vision, fundus, clinical symptoms and hemodynamic abnormalities. Electric acupuncture shenshu point back joint Da Ming Yin curative effect is superior to conventional acupuncture combined Da Ming Yin. Its mechanism may be to improve blood flow to the retina and microcirculation. |
