With the development of the medical information system, the hospital information has been extending from the traditional medical service areas to the administrative management areas gradually. At present, supervisory personnel is also lacking of a suitable auxiliary system to carry out daily supervision. Meanwhile, the evaluation of supervision relies on the traditional evaluation method too much which is hard to select the best bidder efficiently. In consideration of the problems existing in the hospital material supervision, this paper based on the theme of the hospital material supervision system, researching the design and development architecture of the system, especially improve the algorithm of evaluation. By using this system, hospital administrators can manage and share all kinds of information resources in real time, changeng the original operation pattern of manual operation and subjective decisions. Administrators can monitor and control the project remotely, control and supervise the process of hospital material supervision workflow. The main contents are as followed:(1) Introduce background and significance of the research on hospital material supervision system. Study domestic and international hospital material supervision systems through pertinent literature. The main objective of the paper is established after current problems in domestic hospital property supervision systems are analyzed and summarized. Key technology and theory related have been further studied, which providing a feasible guarantee for the realization of the supervision system.(2) Research algorithms of weight determination, then choose AHP method to determine the weight of the hospital evaluation model. The paper shows the basic steps of calculating weight by using analytic hierarchy process and also improves the algorithm model. It uses test matrix to check the consistency of the matrix first, if the consistency is not qualified, the test will show the biggest different element, and the recommended value will be given. Until the consistency test is passed, the weight will be calculated.(3) After analysis relevant algorithms of evaluation of bid, this paper improves gray fuzzy analysis method by using triangle definite weighted functions instead of the original one according to the needs of hospital. The improved algorithm is more reasonable with cluster and more objective to reflect the actual score, which also can widen the gap between the bidders and ensure the bidder with best comprehensive strength to win the bid.(4) Analyze the requirement of hospital property supervision, design and implement the property supervision system. At the same time, the weight and the bid evaluation algorithm are integrated into the system, and the excellent performance of the supervision system is verified by the test.
