Objective:With the sustained growth of the continuous development of science and technology and the economic level so that the people’s material life level has continuously improved. Withthe continuous improvement of the level of material, life style and dietary structure of people are undergoing rapid change. People always eat before a single species ofvegetables, the result is that people always worry about people eat at home is not full, eat well and thus lead to malnutrition, and with the development of science and technology andeconomic ability, more and more people to improve the diet condition, improve diet canforce, at each meal all carnivorous Seafood Show, which, along with the development ofeconomic ability, people not only for food varieties have requirements, have a higher standard of diet and taste. Along with the science and technology level and economic level improved but causes the result in excess nutrients, with intake of large amounts of oil, sugar every day, because of work and social pressure, people in sport level decreased gradually, which led directly to a number of obese population is increasing year by year. Obese bring inconvenience to people’s daily life, become slow action ability, reaction ability, and a variety of diseases caused by obesity incidence rate etc.. Obesity is thecauses of many diseases, and some even are direct factors, more and more domestic and foreign scholars to join the research attention on the human body harm of obesity, but thescholars at home and abroad for studies related to obesity related mostly from the medicalfield or exercise physiology domain and so on, and the current research at home and abroad are rarely by biomechanics characteristics of gait, gait study obese habit. Gait has a crucial impact on the human body, the normal gait has the stability, periodicity, rhythm, orientation, individual differences, however, when people have the disease, over the gait feature will be changed obviously. In people’s daily life, natural walking is an essential part, from infancy since to learn to walk as an important point in time. However, with theexcessive fat accumulation in the body, will cause of gait changes? In access to many domestic and foreign literature works, research on the gait and balance ability of differentobese degree, different age groups seldom mentioned, so the three aspects together to research is particularly important. Measured by weight related parameters of largepopulation and normal population in walking, analysis and Study on the correlation between process and of its natural walking, inquiry body mass increase would cause these parameters change, causing abnormal gait. And to provide practical basis and datareference for future research in clinical medicine and medical rehabilitation and so on, to provide the oretical basis and practical foundation for the orthotic prescription, physical exercise, strengthen the study of clinical medicine and medical rehabilitation etc. Methods:In the social solicitation age in middle-aged and old women over the age of 55, of every subject to turn body composition test, height and weight were measured and body mass index (BMI); balance test, respectively, were opened double foot support, eyes closed double support, eyes right foot support a separate, eyes left foot sole support of four states, the average speed of the pressure in the centre of the measurement of the mobile area, the center of pressure displacement distance, the center of pressure displacement; walking posture of the camera and shoot at the same time in the middle of the venue placed plantar pressure measurement in data acquisition, and record the relevant data. According to the results of the experimental data, the subjects were divided into normal weight group (control group) and super recombinant, and correlation analysis was carried out, and the results were summarized.Results:1. The most obvious changes of the single supporting time and the double supporting time during the walking process were the most obvious differences (P<0.05 or P<0.01), followed by the step size and the step width.2. Natural walking super reorganization and control group the right joint displacement were very significant difference, right shoulder about displacement amplitude, about the right hip displacement magnitude showed very significant difference (P< 0.01). There were significant differences in left knee displacement between the super recombinant and control group, left shoulder left and right displacement amplitude, left hip displacement amplitude were significantly different (P<0.05). About the foot biped spacing have a very significant difference (P<0.01).3. Ultra reorganization and the control group in eyes double foot support, and closed double support and the left and right foot supporting a single movement of the center of the area has a very significant difference (P< 0.01), followed by the center displacement length has significant difference (P< 0.05).4. The maximum plantar pressure of the control group was significantly different (P<0.01).5. Overweight and group strephenopodia proportion and the proportion of flatfoot showed significant differences in control (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. In the natural procession, the overweight people single foot support time is shorter than the weight normal population single foot support time.2. In the course of the natural procession, the time of the double foot support of the obese people is longer than the normal population.3. Obese people in the course of the natural progression, left and right swing will be significantly greater than the normal weight of the crowd.4. The degree of obesity is more Dazu longer distance.5. When the feet stand, the larger the weight of the larger the area of the larger the center of gravity is.6. Closed double foot supporting stand, the movement of the focus area is much larger than the opening movement of the focus of double support area.7. In the single leg support, the greater the degree of obesity, the larger the area of the center of gravity is also.8. When the single foot is supported, the area of the center of gravity when the right foot supports is greater than the area of the center of gravity when the left foot is supported.9. The greater the degree of obesity, the greater the probability of producing enough.
