The Clinical Observation On Electroacupuncture At Points Shenmai And Xingjian In Treatment Of Insomnia For Fire Derived From Stagnation Of Liver-QI Type

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of the treatment of insomnia for fire derived from stagnation of Liver-Qi type by Electroacupuncture at points Shenmai and Xingjian, Discuss the mechanism of the methods, and its advantages compared with traditional acupuncture,to improve and optimize the treatment of liver fire type insomnia further.Method:The 60 included in the standard were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group of 30 patients, the control group of 30 patients. The treatment group:13 males,17 females, average age 45.40±11.0 (years), average course of disease16.53±8.61 (months), On basis of traditional acupuncture treatment,adding the treatment of Electroacupuncture at points Shenmai and Xingjian; the control group:16 males,14 females, average age 44.46±12.66(years), average course of diseasel6.63±9.65 (months),treating by traditional acupuncture treatment. Both of the two group,receiving acupuncture once a day,6 days for a period of treatment, rest for lday,then receiving the second period of treatment.Before and after treatment,observe the score of PSQI and liver depression of the fire syndrome respectively, compare the score of the treatment group and the control group. Process statistics with SPSS 17.0.Result:1.Compare the scores of PSQI of the two groups after treatment,by Nonparametric test,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05)2.Compare the scores of liver depression of the fire symptom of the two groups after treatment,by Nonparametrict test,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05)3.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%.The total effective rate in the control group was 63.33%.Compare the clinical effect of the two groups,by Rank sun test,the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05)Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of the treatment of insomnia for fire derived from stagnation of Liver-Qi type by Electroacupuncture at points Shenmai and Xingjian can be certain.2.At the side of traditional acupuncture, the treatment of insomnia for fire derived from stagnation of Liver-Qi type by Electroacupuncture at points Shenmai and Xingjian possess patients of better clinical effect,and it is worth in the clinical application and promotion.
