| In this paper, we make authentic ingredients phaeocaulis in Sichuan as the research object to study its pharmacy difference before and after vinegar process,guiding with Chinese medicine theory, using with modern science and technology methods, from the "Process-Ingredients-efficacy," a three-dimensional point of view, we aim to discuss phaeocaulis "xingqipoxue, xiaojizhitong" effect enhancement mechanism after vinegar process.(1) By comparing overall score of curcumin content and dry extract yield to select the best varieties of vinegar with a single factor, the result is that 9 degrees of vinegar is the best materials for phaeocaulis vinegar craft.(2) Use artificial neural network model combining orthogonal designthe to do it. That is to take 20% of 9 degrees vinegar, plus six times the amount of water,infiltrate 5h, then adjust to slow fire after boiling,keep cooking 1.5h until vinegar exhaustion, then remove, slice, dry, that is vinegar product of phaeocaulis.(3) Determination germacrone content of phaeocaulis vinegar before and after by HPLC method. The results showed that the former vinegar germacrone content of 0.0914 mg.g-1, germacrone vinegar content declined slightly after an amount of 0.0845 mg.g-1(4) Using GC-MS method combined with fingerprints. Comparative analysis of volatile oil components around 10 batches of vinegar change phaeocaulis. Then founding that 18 common peaks of the raw products were identified, which occupied 89.79% of the total peaks area; and 19 common peaks of the vinegar products were identified, which occupied 91.2% of the total peaks area, which confirmed that both the type and quality scores of chemical composition were changed after being processed by vinegar. Curzerene and Curdione slightly increase,while germacrone decreases.(5) Determination of experiments before and after phaeocaulis vinegar process pharmacodynamic changes. The results showed that the vinegar phaeocaulis antithrombotic effect enhanced anticoagulant effect and the enhanced role of promoting blood circulation, changed the hemorrheology system, improved the levels of NO and reduced the plasma levels of P-selectin.Innovation:(1) For the first time to create a combination of artificial neural network optimization model with orthogonal design,To further regulate the phaeocaulis vinegar process parameters.It not only provide technical support for industrial processing phaeocaulis,Phaeocaulis processed products quality standard system,but also for the study of traditional Chinese medicine processing technology tubers provide methodological demonstration, so that the paper has innovative and practical.(2) For the first time using GC-MS method combined with fingerprint. Comparison of composition before and after 10 batches of vinegar phaeocaulis volatile oils, This paper has made a new method to control its volatile oil quality of authentic ingredients phaeocaulis in Sichuan.(3) It is the first time to explore the " Process-ingredients-efficacy," a three-dimensional point of view, to comparative analysis of ingredients and efficacy changes between phaeocaulis raw products and vinegar products, Paper provides a scientific basis to study the synergistic mechanism of vinegar phaeocaulis processing and develop some new preparations by effective components of vinegar phaeocaulis. |
