Objective:By using the Doppler ultrasound to test the cardiac blood flow parameters of the Middle-late pregnancy fetal, such as the pulmonary artery blood flow acceleration time (AT), the right ventricular blood time (ET), the AT/ET value, the pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP),and so on, we analyzed the connection between the ejection acceleration time (AT) and the Tricuspid regurgitation velocity, the tricuspid regurgitation pressure difference, to prove that the pulmonary artery blood flow acceleration time (AT) is a more sensitive and practical indicator to detect tricuspid regurgitation.Method:In the setting,31 cases Middle-late pregnancy fetal included in the experimental group, With the exception of congenital heart disease may be detected have different degree of tricuspid regurgitation in the fetus.68 Middle-late pregnancy fetals were choosed randomly as control group, who have no tricuspid regurgitation and any other heart disease. In this study, we used American-Philips-iu22 and IE33 color Doppler to test the cardiac blood flow, Measure indicators included the and pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP), right ventricular blood time (ET), pulmonary artery blood flow acceleration time (AT), the AT/ET value in the two groups. Experimental group ricuspid also detected the regurgitation velocity (TRV), tricuspid regurgitation pressure difference (PG). In addition, some cases detected the artery catheter (DU), DU speed, right pulmonary artery blood flow parameters, acceleration time (RPA-AT),and so on. The follow-up time of the most of the fetals from 1day to 62 days. Two groups of data used the SPSS.17 to process the mathematical statistics.Results:There were obvious significant difference between experimental group and control group (P<0.0001,47.6±5.0ms VS54.3±9.8ms). In the experimental groups, there was a negative linear correlation between AT/ET value and TR value (r=-4.79,P=0.006),the AT value showed no correlation with age, pregnant weeks, so did the TR value. We also found a negative correlation between PASP and AT/ET (r=-0.52 P<0.01). ultimately, The results show that the situation of Tricuspid regurgitation in the majority fetals take a turn for the better or regurgitation disappeared.Conclusion:The results showed that there was a negative linear correlation between AT/ET value and the right ventricular blood time ratio (AT/ET), Tricuspid regurgitation rate (TRV), tricuspid regurgitation pressure difference (PG) and pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) in the experimental groups. This illustrates that AT measuring value is smaller, the pulmonary artery systolic pressure is higher, the degree of tricuspid regurgitation are more serious. AT is a more sensitive and practical indicator to detect tricuspid regurgitation, especially for the fetals who have no tricuspid regurgitation but have pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP).
