In this study, crude extracts of 53 plants as experimental materials, finally, were screened out Folium Isatidis of Isatis indigotica Fortune to dengue virus inhibitory effect of the best. Afterwards screened the active ingredient of extracts of Folium Isatidis of Isatis indigotica Fortune has inhibitory effect on dengue virus, then the components were separated and spectral structure identification of monomer compounds.Specific methods were to use methanol soaked the Folium Isatidis of Isatis indigotica Fortune extract crude extracts of Folium Isatidis, use of water-soluble and fat soluble Folium Isatidis crude extract components to screen dengue virus inhibitory activity in MTT, preliminary sieve out the water soluble components of Folium Isatidis of Isatis indigotica Fortune had inhibitory effect to dengue virus. Utilizing D101, MCI, D201, sephadex LH-20, silicone chromatography column isolated and purified water soluble components of having inhibitory activity of Folium Isatidis to dengue virus.Through scanned pure 32 samples in nuclear magnetic resonance NMR) spectrum after the analysis of spectrum obtained 26 pure compounds, after nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrum diagram analysis, figured out 4 chemical structures, respectively is compound IV, compound IX, compound X, compound Ⅻ,The rest 22 compounds structure leave much to be parsed.
