Helianthus tuberosus L. belongs to an Angiosperm of the Compositae family.lt is a very useful medicinal perennial plant. A lot of chemical composition in its leaves have been found. These components can be used in the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, protect liver, it has good prospects for development.This paper explores how to utilize the macroporous resin to separate the flavonoids from the leaves of Helianthus tuberosus L.In order to reveal the effect of the inducible factors on the flavonoids, the differential inducible factors with differential concentrations were steeped to the leaves to study the change in the content of flavonoids which is the main medicinal ingredients in Helianthus tuberosus L. Then the best inducible factors to promote synthesis of the flavonoids can be choosed. After analyzing, the results are as following:(1) The suitable technological conditions are:the model of macroporous resin is X-5, the adsorption speed of flow is 2BV/h; elutes the resolver is 70% ethanols, column volume of 2 times of quantities, the elution speed is 2BV/h. After purification, the content of the flavonoids increased 3.57 times.(2) The method for the stem explants of Helianthus tuberosus L.:75% ethanol,25s,1% HgC12,350s, germination rate can reach more than 70%. Early generation of cultivation and value-added adopts MS culture medium, the method is feasible.(3) When the concentration of SA was 50,100,150,200mg/L,the influence on the content of the flavonoids was obvious,but the influence has not reached significant level. Processing time has significant effects on the content of the flavonoids, the influence has up to the level of the extremely significant difference with control group, 8 days after processing,the content of the flavonoids reached the level of the extremely significant difference with control group.(4) When the concentration of MeJA was 50,100,150,200mg/L,the influence on the content of the flavonoids was most obvious,200mg/L MeJA treatment has an extremely significant difference with control group,50,100,150mg/L MeJA treatments have not extremely significant difference with control group. Processing time has significant effects on the content of the flavonoids, the influence has up to the level of the extremely significant difference with control group,12 days after processing,the content of the flavonoids reached the level of the extremely significant difference with control group.
