ObjectiveTo understand the situation of women and children health services of Xiangcheng District and cause of death of women and children and causes of death overall, to find women and children major problems exist, to provide the scientific basis for the development of women and children cut a viable health care policy.Subjects and methods1. Using epidemiological retrospective survey studies methods, collected from 2010 to 2014 the number of live births, the number of maternal, child number and birth defects, deaths of children under five years of age, maternal mortality in such cases.2. Analysis of maternal mortality, infant mortality, the mortality rate of children under five years of age, the rate of birth defects, prenatal examination rate, the rate of post-natal visits, children system management rate and other indicators.3. With SPSS17.0 establish children under five deaths, birth defects database, using descriptive statistics to analyze the region’s deaths of children under 5 years of age constitute, the cause of death overall, incidence of birth defects and defect picks.4. Use SPSS17.0 for infant mortality, between the mortality rate of children under five years of age, the birth defect rate, premarital rate, cesarean section rate and other indicators.Results1. Children under 7 years of health coverage rate and under 3 years of system management rate increased year by year, in 2014 more than 95%. Neonatal screening rate above 97%. Vision screening rate of 35.15% from 2011 to reach 81.01% in 2014. Breastfeeding rates remain above 90%, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding of 25% from 2010 to 2014 increased 55%, and showed an increasing trend.2. The incidence of birth defects between 3.45 ‰ to 3.94 ‰. Birth defects pick of the top three mainly cleft lip and palate, multi-fingered, congenital heart disease, ear malformation, anal atresia.3.Under five year old child mortality rate showed a gradual decrease, falling to 4.37 ‰ in 2014. Neonatal mortality and infant mortality rates also showed a gradual downward trend. Premature birth and low birth weight, birth asphyxia, congenital malformations are the top three leading causes of death neonatal deaths; drowning, premature birth and low birth weight, birth asphyxia are the major cause of death for children under five years old died.4. Health management rate of maternal and prenatal screening rates, pregnancy testing rates, rates of postnatal visits gradually increase to reach more than 95 percent in 2014 annually. Palace of yield between 31.42% to 36.49%, showed the overall downward trend. The maternal mortality rate in 2010 was 14.59 / 100,000, not maternal deaths occur in other years.5.From 2010 to 2014, the premarital examination rate showed a gradual upward trend four years before, rising from 77.08% to 93.87%, in 2014 the rate of premarital declined slightly to 86.08%. Disease detection rate was 11.23%.6. Women’s diseases census rate rose from 81.10% to 87.09%. Disease detection rate was 12.59%.Conclusion1. From 2010 to 2014, the service indicators for women and children has been greatly improved in Xiangcheng Distict, relevant health indicators basically reached the requirements of the “twelve five women and children development planning”, which can ensure the health of women and children of Xiangcheng District.2. Prevention of birth defects is still the focus of future work. Premarital health service model worthes exploring, prenatal malformation means of inspection to be improved.3. The incidence of cervical and breast cancer has increased, needing to improve both the cancer early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment, and to improve quality of life of women, to reduce cervical cancer and breast cancer mortality.
