Objective:To observe the efficacy of Levosimendan combined with Tolvaptan for acute decompensated heart failure.Methods:82 ADHF patients from our hospital Between January 2013 and June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with average age 63±7, including male 48 and female 34. The intervention group took Tolvaptan orally 15mg per day for one week and received levosimendan in 12ug/kg capacity through Intravenous injection for ten minutes, and then Intravenous injected by minipump with the speed of 0.1ug/kg·min for 24 hours; The control group received Milrinone by minipump in 0.5ug/kg·min for 24 hours, and Intravenous inject furosemidum 20mg per day simultaneously. We’ll compare and observe the patients’ heart rate, angiocardiopathy, urine amount of 24 hours, BNP and EF value changes before and after treatment. Results:Comparing heart rate, angiocardiopathy, urine amount of 24 hours, BNP and EF value of the two groups before therapy, we found that the results are insignificant in statistics (P>0.05). All those above indexes were improved obviously (P<0.05). Comparing with ordinary therapy group, the control one used Levosimendan combined with Tolvaptan therapy decreased patient’s heart rate obviously (P=0.015), angiocardiopathy (P=0.000), BNP value (P=0.046), and increase urine amount of 24 hours (P=0.000), EF value (P=0.001), which were more significant than ordinary therapy group (p<0.05).Conclusion:Both therapies could improve acute decompensated heart failure, but the efficiacy of Levosimendan combined with Tolvaptan therapy is more effective than ordinary one.
