With the development of the society and the improvement of our living standards, the incidence of cardiac arrest increased year by year, which threatens human health seriously. The characteristics of cardiac arrest is high mortality, disability rate and low recovery rate. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) is the most urgent rescue measures for patients with cardiac arrest. Respiratory arrest timely and effective CPR and defibrillation after the diagnosis of cardiac can significantly improve cardiac arrest(CA) survival. However, due to many factors making the success rate of recovery is not satisfactory. How to improve the success rate of CPR is a difficult problem in our country and even global medical workers facing. Therefore, a large number of clinical data of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) are collected and summarized. On the impact of cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate of related factors were analyzed and summarized, and to analyze and summarize the relevant factors that affect the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Objective Analysis of the cardiac arrest related factors in patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and provide scientific basis for improving the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. This study provides reference experience for the treatment of patients with cardiac arrest in the follow-up treatment, and provide reliable basis for improving the success rate of patients with cardiac arrest in our hospital.Method ①We Collected patients with cardiac arrest cases occurred during hospitalization in a Central Hospital intensive care unit(ICU) in April 2001- August 2015.②The questionnaire was self designed, and collecting data through the way of the patient’s medical record. ③Collecting relevant factors that may affect the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, including age, gender, restoration of spontaneous circulation(ROSC) time, underlying diseases(cardiac disease, brain-derived disease, pulmonary disease, renal-borne disease, trauma, toxic disease, Other special types of diseases), cardiopulmonary resuscitation(chest compressions, mechanical ventilation, defibrillation). ④According to the above embodiments of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, we divided the patients into success group and death group. And comparing the factors in the two groups, to analysis of the related factors. ⑤Based on the treatments for cardiopulmonary resuscitation(The wide application of International guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation 2000-2005-2010), patients were divided into 3 groups, were analyzed and compared resuscitation success factors. SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the collected data, and P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results A total of 200 patients were enrolled, including 139 males and 61 females, aged 23-89 years old, with an average age of 60.18 years old. In the successful group, 47 cases were male, 28 cases were female, 92 cases were male and 33 cases were female in dead group. The median age of the patients was 54.5 years old in successful group, and the median age was 64 years old in dead group. We compared the distribution of patients’ resuscitation in different groups. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05) in the age of 60 years. There were no significant differences in different gender groups(P >0.05). In the etiologic classification success cases central source disease in 20 cases, brain-derived diseases in 12 cases, pulmonary disease in 14 cases, 9 cases of kidney disease, trauma and poisoning disease in 13 cases, other disease 25 cases and death cases central source of diseases in 23 cases, brain-derived diseases in 23 cases, pulmonary diseases 24 cases, 13 cases of kidney disease, trauma and poisoning disease in 9 cases, 26 cases of other diseases, between the two groups was differences no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Two groups of patients in a difference in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(chest compressions, ventilator assisted breathing, electric defibrillation) no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Comparison of the three periods of the implementation of the international recovery guide CPR implementation of the effect, the success rate of CPR2000 group was 41.82%, the success rate of CPR2005 group was 28.92%, the success rate of CPR2010 group was 58.33%, the success rate was increased, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion There was no correlation between sex, the main basic disease, and the methods of the heart and pulmonary in the hospital ICU ward; Age is relative to resuscitation of cardiac arrest, the higher the age, the lower the success. Continuous improvement the revision of the international recovery guide, is an important factor in the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and play an import role in the heart and lung resuscitation about the survival of patients.
