| Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBO after freckles removal by spectra double pulse laser.Methods 200 patients after freckles removal by spectra were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,100 cases each. The wounds of the treatment group were smeared with MEBO, once every 6h, with 3d,3d later daily clean face with tap water; The control group after treatment were given cold compress for 0.5h-lh, then daily clean face with tap water. Observe the difference of analgesic effect, wound healing time between the two groups.Results 100 cases in treatment group,19 cases was painful,81 cases painless.100 cases in control group,75 cases was painful,25 cases painless. Compared with the controls, the analgesic effect and wound healing time in treatment group have significant statistical difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion After freckles removal by spectra double pulse laser, MEBO can ease the pain, promote wound healing, clinical effect is good. |
