| Objective:Improving the production processes of Corey lactone, and reducing the production costs;Methods:In this paper, we use the norbornadiene as the raw material to synthetic the Corey lactone, through Prins reaction, Jones reagent oxidation, a key intermediate split, bromided, Baeyer-Villiger ring oxidation, reduction acids, hydroxy protected, esterification and de-protection, and then successfully synthesized Corey lactone. And, the reagent and solvent, which is used in this method, is also screened;Result:Get a more economical synthesis route of Corey lactone, and confirmed the split condition of the key chiral intermediates;Conclusion:The improved route is so low cost that can be suitable for the industrial production. |
