The Clinical Significance Of Pyloroplasty With Stapler In The Proximal Gastrectomy

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of pyloroplasty with stapler on proximal gastrectomy in patients with lesions in cardia of the bottom of stomach. Discussion pyloroplasty in cardia gastric lesions bottom proximal gastrectomy clinical effects.Method:From January 2010 to December 2013,94 cases with lesions on the bottom of stomach were enrolled in this study,including 54 cases undergoing proximal gastrectomy additional pyloroplasty with stapler and 40 cases undergoing proximal gastrectomy only.Result:There was no significant difference in general information of the two groups(P> 0.05);There was a statistically significant on the duration of tube indwelling,volume of gastric tube drainage,recovery time of gut function,average hospitalization time and the long-time complications between the two groups(P<0.05); the incidence of gastroplegia was no significant differences (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Proximal gastrectomy additional pyloroplasty could reduce gastric retention and hospitalization time,decrease the incidence of reflux esophagitis, help to recove.lt is recommended to spread this method for clinical application.
