Objectives:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of laparoscopic nerve-and-seminal sparing cystectomy with orthotopic neobladder.Methods:Three young patients in our hospital from 2011.8 to 2014.7, who were 37,45 and 38 years old respectively, accepted the laparoscopic nerve-and-seminal sparing cystectomy with orthotopic intestinal neobladder and pelvic lymphnode dissection We retains the vas deferens, Seminal vesicle and nerve vessel bundles(NVB).Results:The top two patients were high-level invasive urothelial carcinoma after pathological examination.The third patient was adenocarcinoma of bladder.In the late follow-up, the three patients all received a satisfactory urinary control.the first and the third patient both received a satisfactory sexual function, the second patient had morning erection, although did not have a normal sexual function because of divorce. The postoperative IIEF-5 scores of 3 patients were 22,12,23 respectively. They had no tumor recurrence and metastasis.Conclusion:Laparoscopic nerve-and-reproductive tract sparing cystectomy with orthotopic intestinal neobladder is a feasible... |
