| Heart disease has become one of the main diseases threatening human life personalized heart monitoring is undoubtedly the most directive and effective method in the heart disease monitoring. In the ECG monitoring system, the accuracy of ECG signal recognition directly affect the diagnosis and prevention of disease. Therefore, the research on the ECG signal recognition algorithms become a topic research of many scholars.Based on the previous research findings, this paper carries on to the existing QRS wave detection algorihtm analysis, mainly on the R wave detection algorithmwas improved, and through the MIT-BIH database to test the algorithm, finally compared with the comparison algorithm. The main research work in this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper summarizes the existing QRS wave detection algorithm, mainly compares variety of R-wave detection algorithms on the real-time, detection speed and accuracy,and draws the comparation algorithm of this paper.Secondly,This paper selects the differential threshold method, and then the R-wave detection algorithm in this paper is improved based on the existing differential threshold method. Then the algorithm is programmed in Java and tested on the Eclipse platform, the result shows that the algorithm has a good overall performance.Thirdly,this paper completes the comparition between the improved algorithm and other comparition algorithms,and the result shows a good overrall performance. |
