Objective:To evaluate mammography X-ray examination of the calcification characteristics of benign and malignant breast disease diagnosis if there is a pattern of benign and malignant breast disease correct diagnosis, reduce misdiagnosis provide a basis to support and improve the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis, so the breast get early diagnosis and treatment of patients with malignant diseases, improve the survival rate of patients, improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:The presence of calcification in mammography X-ray examination and after surgery, biopsy and pathological examination to confirm the diagnosis of breast cancer cases, 166 cases of benign, calcification shape analysis, distribution, size and other characteristics and diagnosis of breast diseases in.Results:(1) the number of calcifications ≥20 / cm2, such as the density of calcification, localized or diffuse distribution were located within the tumor, breast cancer is higher than the proportion of benign tumors(P<0.05), and calcifications in breast cancer and benign form there were significant differences between the tumor(P <0.05).(2) Mammography X Photography benign calcifications have more coarse particles, less the total number of calcifications and calcifications per square centimeter, the higher the density, solitary or localized distribution, usually located outside the tumor characteristics. More malignant breast calcifications have smaller particles, the total number of calcifications and calcifications per square centimeter more, the density was equal density, localized or diffuse distribution were located in the mass. Conclusion: Mammography X-ray examination of calcification shape, number per square centimeter of calcification, density, distribution, and the relationship between calcified tumor diagnosis of benign and malignant breast disease have certain rules to follow, it can be used as an effective diagnostic measures to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis rate and improve the diagnostic yield and quality of life of patients.
