Difference Expression Of Rab27A/B In Four Kinds Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective:Detected by RT-PCR,and Western-Blot to investigate the expression of Rab27 A and Rab27 B in 3 human HCC lines and the immortalized hepatic cell line and its effect on biology characteristics of the cells,i.e. Hep G2、Huh-7、Li-7 and HL-7702.Methods:The m RNA of Rab27 A and Rab27 B was detected by RT-PCR,and Western-Blo t in 3 human HCC lines and the immortalized hepatic cell line,i.e. Hep G2、Huh-7、Li-7 and HL-7702.Results:Rab27A and Rab27 B were differentially expressed in cell lines and primary H CC tumors.The expression of Rab27 A in 3 human HCC(Hep G2、Huh-7、Li-7) li nes significantly better than it expressed in the immortalized hepatic cell(HL-7702)line;the m MRNA of Rab27 B in 3 human HCC(Hep G2、Huh-7、Li-7) lines a nd the immortalized hepatic cell(HL-7702)line were significantly expression but was there was no significantly difference;the expression of Rab27 A and Rab27 B we re not correlated with each other.Conclusion:Rab27A and Rab27 B abnormal expression were closely correlated HCC, can pro vide the clinical reasonable diagnostic measures as valuable effective reference basis.
