Objective:Discussion of complete resection treatment of I B- in stage IIIA NSCLC patients, of CEA, CA199, C A125, CA242, CYFRA21-1, SCC the 6 kinds of serum tumor markers were detected and analysis prior to surgery and postoperative chemotherapy before and after chemotherapy the expression changes of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy efficacy observation. Methods:By the experiment of Shanxi Provincial Tumor Hospital in three subjects in 2012 January to December 2014 with a team of doctors for surgical treatment of 84 cases of I-III stage non small cell lung cancer patients(including 64 patients undergo ing adjuvant chemotherapy, 20 patients for surgery alone for treatment of cases) were retrospectively analyzed. To analyze the expression of CEA, CA199, SCC, CA125, CA242, CYFRA21-1 and other expressions of tumor markers in patients with non-small cell lung cancer before and after chemotherapy and chemotherapy.. The detection of tumor markers in our hospital was carried out by chemical immunoassay and immunoassay system. The relationship between the expression of blood tumor markers and the relationship between chemotherapy and simple operation, and the rationality of chemotherapy regimen were analyzed. Results:1.The indexes of tumor markers in preoperative and postoperative chemotherapy groups were significantly lower than the postoperative chemotherapy groups. P < 0.05 was statistically significant. However, there were no significant differences in the postoperative chemotherapy,(P > 0.05). the difference was not statistically significant. There were no obvious differences in the prognosis of different chemotherapy regimens.2.The tumor markers were significantly lower than the preoperative 3 months after surgery. P < 0.05, it was statistically significant.3.The positive rates of tumor markers in the cases were CEA 71%, CA199 29%, CA125 41%, CA242 30%, CYFRA21-1 50%, SCC 44%.4.The shortage: because the tumor hospital in Shanxi province for tumor specialized hospitals, the lack of healthy control information, it can not carry out tumor markers detection rate of the correlation detection. In addition, the number of medical records of the study is few, the follow- up time is short, so the research is not perfect. Conclusions:1. Tumor mark in expression before and after treatment were significantly different, can be used as an important index for evaluation of non small cell lung cancer patients, chemotherapy and survival time, monitoring the change of the numerical for disease treatment and follow- up has important significance.2.And the follow-up period is short, in the group of patients were early metaphase lung cancer patients, so postoperative chemotherapy group and surgery alone group, survival and disease- free survival time did not differ significantly, continue to observe the follow- up of 2. This study observed.3.there was no significant difference in different chemotherapy regimens, and it was not yet to be studied.
