Objective:To study the expression of TLR9 and Human parvovirus B19 in thyroid tissue of patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,to provide a foundation for further studying on the function of TLR9 protein and Human parvovirus B19.Methods:30 thyroid tissue from patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with thyroid cancer as a trial group,a clear diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and exclusion of other diseases, 20 normal thyroid tissue as control group.Nasal mucosa were obtained during the non-polluted endoscopic sinus surgery. The expression of TLR9 protein and Human parvovirus B19 were detected by the immunohistochemistry SABC.Make statistical analysis and draw a conclusion in the end.Results:1 The positive expression of TLR9 between trial and control group has significant differences(P<0.001). The expression is high in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients and is low in the control group.2 The expression of Human parvovirus B19 between trial and control group has significant differences(P<0.001);Compared with the control group, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients express high.3 There is a positive correlation between TLR9 and Human parvovirus B19 in the Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 The high expression of TLR9 may be a pivotal reason which causes Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.2 Human parvovirus B19 may also involve in the occurrence and development of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.3 In Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, there has close correlations between TLR9 protein and Human parvovirus B19,which may perhaps provide new thoughts for the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
