Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysm Treatment The Acute Phase Of Meta- Analysis

Objective:Use the meta analysis study surgical operation and interventional treatment of cerebral aneurysm rupture hemorrhage curative effect and safety in 72 hours. Methods:Using computer to retrieve all kinds of database, the manual retrieval as a supplement, collected in the past 15 years published about two ways of treatment of intracranial aneurysm rupture hemorrhage, randomized, controlled clinical trials in the acute phase of application software to meet eligibility criteria for Meta analysis, and analysis of the results, get our conclusion. Results:Conclusion: the research shows that:(1) to compare the prognosis of two groups of patients after 12 months, adverseoutcomes in patients with blood vessel group is superior to the clip group.(2) the microsurgical craniotomy clip set of aneurysm occlusion rate is better thanthat of blood group.(3) the microsurgical craniotomy clip group of patients with postoperativehydrocephalus and no obvious difference was found between the incidence ofcerebral vasospasm.(4) with this study we choose literature are not all RCT, also some wereretrospectively analyzed, so that there may be bias exists, but we use the funnelchart to evaluate bias.
